"Savannah!" I yelled, running up to her. Her skin was pale and blood was covering her wrists with cuts. Her unconscious body lay perfectly still on the floor. I rushed over to her and put her head on my lap for support and checked her pulse. Thankfully she was still alive. I put a shaky hand over her wounds to stop the bleeding and yelled for her mom.
Minutes later, the ambulance arrived and I watched as Savannah was lifted onto a hospital cart and driven to the hospital. Savannah's mom and I followed it...
We waited impassiantly in the waiting room to hear the news. Family members walked in, along with Jenny and.... Tom?
I Sat up to great them. "Tom, what are you doing here?" I asked, in a Simi- shaky voice. I was still scared of what was going to happen to Savannah.
"Jen and I heard about what happened." Tom said. "Is she ok?"
I tried my best to fight back the tears, not doing a very good job. "We um... Haven't heard from the docters yet." I looked away, not wanting them to see me cry. But it was almost impossible. It was like my knees suddenly gave out on me and a wave of sadness And worry took over. I fell to The ground, a stream of tears coming down my face.
I just wanted her to be okay...
I loved her...
I needed her..
