Have you ever
Lashed out in the moment
And then regretted it afterwards
Feeling horrible about yourself
The thoughts come flooding
The past mistakes
The names that were thrown your way
But the thought that is the most prominent
Is the thought of entertaining
suicide
Ending your life
So you can't make any more mistakes
Save the world some trouble
It would be a better place without you
Without your sadness and guilt
You're just a waste of space
Not worth a single penny
A failure, a monster
And the world doesn't need more
Of those than it already has
Making the final decision
You decide your fate
And you run to the lake
Tears streaming down your cheeks
You jump in
And let the water
Sink in to your lunges
Breathing it in
Your lunges get hot
Like you swallowed a coal
You sink deeper and deeper
Cold and darkness blanketing yor vision
And you slip into unconsciousnes
And when you come back up again
No longer are you breathing
