Fallen Angel

I'm scarred

Emotionless to humans

I don't understand

There is nothing

I am lost with no light

To guide my way

My light went out 

Some time ago

Lost in the dark

That is filled with anger and hate

And I feel there is no way

Of escape from this hole

I climbed out of hell

I fell out of heaven

I walk alone day and night

No one there except the wind

And the prayers that carry my name

I was naive and a fool

I try my best to fix things

But all they do is come undone

I've made terrible choices

And lost the people I love

I can only seek forgiveness

As I feel my spirit fade away

I will find a way

To fix my mistakes

But what will it mean in the end

If I am not forgiven
