"Damian Wayne, the actual blood son of Bruce Wayne" Tim said to me.
"Honestly, why does Bruce adopt so many kids?" I asked
"The reason for that is, first of all, Dick Grayson and Jason Todd, they're parents were murdered, right in front of them, and why he adopted me, I really can't tell." he said
"Tim, I still don't understand..., the Dick and Jason thing?" I asked
"Dick Grayson, his family was in the circus, and so was Jason's. they're parents were murdered right in front of them and Bruce knew how they felt." Tim said
"well how?" I asked
"Listen, when Bruce was eight years old, his parents were murdered right in front of him too..." he said "tragedies show us who we are inside"
"Damian hasn't had a tragic backstory?" I asked
I guess Damian heard me because he barged into our conversation, most people I know would cry when they tell their own personal tragedy. Meanwhile, Damian barely even blinked.
"My grandfather was murdered in front of me, my mother and father are still alive although... I am guessing you have not had a tragic moment happen to you?" He asked
"No...but everyone has their own personal tragedies, they makes us more of who we are" I said
"I do not necessarily disagree with you, but it was nice meeting you, I hope we could be good acquaintances" he said holding out his hand.
"You too?" I said shaking his hand.
He walked away without looking back.
"You should be glad, usually he never refers anyone as anything unless it is remotely close to 'animal' or 'peasant'" Tim said.
