After Interview

"And that's it for this interview.  Maine and Alden, salamat sa pagpapaunlak," the interviewer that was sent by GMA told the couple still seated on the couch, oblivious to everyone around them as they continued to smile and look at each other. 

"Naku, wala po iyon," he answered, still looking at her, his eyes crinkling at the edges, his deep dimple still showing, as he gazed at the wonderful woman by his side.  "Salamat din po."

The interviewer just shook her head and motioned for the cameraman to start packing up.  They left the still giggling couple on the couch, giving them some privacy for a bit. 

"Hi," he whispered, lightly rubbing his nose against hers, when the interviewer was finally out of their range.

She giggled in response, rubbing her nose with his as well.  "Hi, yourself."

"You did great with your answers today," he continued, tucking an errant hair behind her ear that got loose from her messy bun. 

"Talaga ba?" she continued to smile, her hand still on his arm, her thumb tracing circles.

"Yep!" he answered back, giving emphasis on the latter 'p', popping his lips.

She shook her head slightly while chuckling, still looking into his eyes.  "Hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin talaga ako sanay sa mga interviews.  Kahit ilang beses na tayong sinasalang sa ganyan."

"Wag ka ng magalala dun - tapos na naman siya eh," his voice suddenly lowered, taking on a different tone.  He looked about when he noticed the stillness and quietness around them.  "Wala na palang tao."

"Ngayon mo lang napansin, kuya?" she teasingly asked, smirking now, an eyebrow going up in amusement.

"Kuya talaga? Kelan ka ba titigil sa kaka-kuya na yan, ha?" he huskily whispered, turning his head back towards her, his eyes taking on a dangerous glint, roving her entire face, ending at her lips. 

"Not gonna stop because yes, you're my annoying ku--"

She never got to finish her sentence as he suddenly swooped down and claimed her lips for his own.  She smirked against his lips, knowing fully well that what she said would make him react this way.
