I curled my hair and slipped on a dress, hey I don’t care what Lucas says… I think this is a date. I pull my denim jacket on and slip on my brown cowboy boots. I quickly do my makeup.

“Aunt Fiona, where’s the car?” I asked as I grabbed my purse with my phone.

“John had to go to Baskerville, you look nice.” She smiled.

“Gotta go bye!” I shouted and ran out the house. I was so going to be late for this date. Ugh I need a car like seriously.

Fifteen minutes it took me to get there I was meant to be there at six and now its quarter past six. This town doesn’t seem like it could take long to get somewhere but it does! I saw Lucas outside and I ran up to him, I fixed my hair and smiled.

“I’m so sorry I’m late.” I said to him. I looked to see he was wearing dark jeans, a nice black fitted top that showed his muscles off and boots.

“Uh, why are you? Late I mean.” He asked and smirked.

“Because my Uncle John went to Baskerville and I had to walk.” I told him as we stood outside. “Are you mad at me?”

“It isn’t every day I ask someone to come and talk with me.” He says.

“Why do you keep saying that? It’s not just to talk, I thought it was date.”

“Whatever.”

“Yeah whatever, I’m leaving I clearly made the wrong choice coming.” I snapped and started to walk away. “Lucas, I don’t know how you got my number but do us both a favour and delete it!” I yelled and walked home, it’s starting to get dark already.

As I walked down the empty streets I had a feeling someone was watching me.  I turned around and saw no-one.
