I'm laying on my bed when it occurs to me:

Something is wrong.

Very wrong.

It's getting into the late evening and Tris still isn't back.

Without much thought I get out of bed and go outside. I need to find her friends to find her.

Guessing that they're probably out doing something Dauntless by the wreckage, I go there first.

Unsurprisingly, there is a group of young Dauntless seemingly playing Truth or Dare on top of a demolished house. But it's not them.

Normally I'd probably tell then to stay safe, but right now I'm panicking about where Tris has gone. So I walk off to where I see Zeke hanging over by a few of the destroyed houses down the line.

"Hey!" I yell at him.

He looks my way.  "What's up?" He says.

"Have you seen Uriah?"

"Yeah.  He said he was going to go play hide and seek with a few of his friends.  Why? Something wrong?"

I debate whether or not to tell him.

Inside my head, I shrug.  Why not.

"I can't find Tris.  She went out a few hours ago with some of her friends which is why I wanted to find Uriah."

"Oh okay.  I'm sure they're fine.  Come with me, I'll take you to where Uriah is."

I follow him through the long, gray rows of Abnegation houses, thinking of all the families torn apart because of Jeanine's attacks.  She has to go down, one way or another.

By now Zeke has found the house.

We walk in together and what I see surprises me.

In the middle of the living room stands Evelyn and Tori.

As I survey the room, I see Tris standing sort of off to the side with Christina and Lynn. I start to go over to them when Uriah speaks.

"Where have you been?" He asks.

"None of your business, what's going on?"

"They're finally going to tell us the attack plan."  Uriah replies.

Just before I can ask what sort of attack plan he's referring to, Evelyn speaks.

"The past few weeks, we have been developing a plan to fight the Erudite," She says.  "And now that we have finished, we would like to share it with you."

I frown. Since when does she think the Dauntless will go with her?

Evelyn nods towards Tori, who takes over.  "Our strategy is not pointed, but broad.  There is no way to know who among the Erudite supports Jeanine and who does not.  It is therefore safer to assume that all those who do not support her have already vacated Erudite Headquarters."

"We all know that Erudite's power lies not in its people but in it's information," says Evelyn.  "As long as they still possess that information, we will never be free of them, especially while large numbers of us are wired for simulations. They have used information to control us and keep us under their thumb for far too long."

The Factionless begin to shout cries of agreement and soon the Dauntless join in.

Tris and I do not.
