"Hey Blondie, Torres," greets Mark, walking into the exam room.
"I have a name," corrected Arizona softly but with annoyance apparent in her voice, wincing as Callie bandaged her hand.
"Any lacerations?" asks Mark, his doctor instincts kicking in.
"Nope, just a nasty bruise," answers Callie. "All done", finishes Callie, placing a gentle kiss on Arizona's forehead. Arizona grins, "Home?"
"Definitely. Just let me clean this up," answers Callie, gesturing to the gauze and paper towels.
Mark goes to sit on the chair Callie just vacated and looks up into crystal clear blue eyes. "Thank You Blondie," he says with an honest smile.
"For what?"
"It could have gotten out of hand with that guy, and Bella could have gotten hurt, but you prevented the love of my life from that, so thank you"
"Anytime Sloan," laughs Arizona. "Now go home to your wife and daughter, so I can do the same with my girlfriend"
Mark laughs, but says goodbye to the couple and leaves to join Bella to go back home to Lilly.
"That was pretty brave of you, you know," compliments Callie and wraps her arms around Arizona's waist.
"Oh, hush Calliope! You would have done the same if you were there. Now let's go home! I wanna have a nice dinner and an amazing night with my beautiful girlfriend so move it," cheers Arizona with childlike enthusiasm, trying to drag Callie out of the room.
"As you say, my lady"
