No Way!

"No way Dad!" I technically shouted at my dad who was looking at me with the angry eyes now.

"Why not? " He said waving both his hands in the air to show his frustration. I think I was getting on his nerves today, which rarely happens.

I avoided looking at him, instead, I moved closer to the balcony which had a beautiful view. In case you are wondering, I am in my bedroom right now having a useless conversation (hmm at least for me) with my dad.

"Kavya, I asked you something. Now look at me and ANSWER ME" He literally shouted at me. I was shocked at first, but then I calm myself. I can't become weak now especially when it is something related to my future. I cannot let anyone take decisions for my future. Nah, not that easy!

"Dad, why don't I get the choice to decide whether I want to marry or not?" I asked finally turning around and looking at my dad.

"Kavya, enough is enough. It's final whether you like it or not. You are going to meet Ankur tomorrow at the Green Palace hotel, your future husband." He stormed out of my bedroom.

"Urghhh!! Future husband my ass." I hit the wall with my foot. Ouch, Okay it wasn't a smart move but I was hella pissed at myself and my dad at this point. My dad, because he fixed my marriage with some stranger without my consent. Me, because I wasn't successful in convincing dad to stop this marriage from happening.

So now, I had no choice but to meet my so-called future husband. I don't even know how he looks like, in fact, I know nothing about him. All I know is that he is the son of some rich businessman just like my dad. Oh my god, I hate him already.

Just when I was thinking about my so-called future husband, an idea stuck in my mind. So what if I have no control on this marriage, he definitely does. Then an evil smirked appeared on my face.

"Ah, can't wait to meet my lovey-dovey future husband tomorrow," I said to myself while preparing to fall asleep.

Tomorrow is going to be a hell of a long day.
