"So you have finally come back to the Philippines."

Lorenzo's hands are on his pockets as he greets his friend with his blasé face. When was the last time he saw him? Last year?

"I have no intention for long-time-no-see conversation. You know why we're here," Sebastian strictly said. "We're not going to let you leave this country not until you give us back what we seek."

"For clarification, you're the third person on my list of the persons whom I hate the most so we will never have that kind of situation." he raised his hand. "And I am leaving this country because of her. If I give her back to you, I have no reason to leave anymore."

Napaismid na lang doon si Sebastian. Lorenzo hasn't changed a bit since last year. He's still this bastard to him.

Laking pasasalamat nila ni Sophia na nakarating sila ng airport bago makasakay si Lorenzo ng eroplano. They managed to stop him before he could leave.

Kaso nga lang, they cannot see Alexandra anywhere.

Malabo rin namang makita nila iyon doon. Her body is unconscious. Ang pangit naman kung idisplay iyon sa publiko.

Nasa harapan lang sila ni Lorenzo but the wide distance remains. Surprisingly, he is not with anyone. Walang guards. He's all alone.

"You will be punished for doing this, Lorenzo," said Sophia. "Give us Alexandra back bago pa lumala ang parusang ipapataw sa—"

"I didn't know you have a girlfriend, Sebastian," Lorenzo jested with a smirk. "You finally found yourself a gir—"

Lorenzo got interrupted when Sophia disappeared before his eyes. The next thing he knew, she's running to him at high, arms are raised.

"Don't fucking interrupt me while I'm speaking!"

Since he has already seen what's about to come, Lorenzo raised his left arm as a defense. Ang plano ni Sophia na masuntok ang kaniyang mukha ay hindi nangyari.

Pagkatapos na pagkatapos noon, she met Lorenzo's menacing eyes resulting in her jumping back in surprise and for her defense.

What very dangerous eyes that was.

Lorenzo slowly lowered his arms, looking at the side where Sophia landed—to his left side. Parehas sila nakatingin sa isa't isa.

Anong meron sa tingin na iyon? Why is he looking at her like that? Is he mad for attacking him without any warning?

But Sophia got him wrong. Lorenzo is not looking at her because of annoyance.

He's looking at her for observation.

He's certain Sophia vanished before his eyes. Well, she didn't literally disappear. It's just the effect of her amazing speed.

That speed was the same as the speed of light. Hindi niya maiwasang hindi magulat at mamangha sa nasaksihan. That speed made him stand on his guard.

Who is that girl? Lorenzo wonders.

Nakakakilabot. Lorenzo's stares are giving her creeps but she manages to hide it and act normally.

She stared back deeply. She won't let this man intimidate her.

However, during that stare, may napagtanto siya. Something has struck her mind. Her eyes widened a little.
