Chapter 16-Questioning pt 1-

Jessie's POV

Today we had to go into questioning.

"Ok miss Jessie we would like to ask you some questions." A female officer told me. "Are you ok with that?"

"Yes." I say.

"Ok the first question is what happened before you got taken?" She asked.

"So me and my dad's friends that are girls won a bet so the guys had to give us money to pay for our pizza. Pippa, the one who brought me, asked me to unlock her car so she could bring out the pizzas. I did and was about to sit in the front seat and that's when the man grabbed me." I said.

"How did you tell your dad where you were?" She asked.

"So I guess the dude didn't know I had my phone or even had a phone. He just through me in the back of his van and I sent my dad my location when when he got out of the car to get me. Then I quickly hid my phone."

"Can you tell me what he did?"

"He told me he was going to keep me for ransom, he hit me and I blacked out. That's when I heard the officers."

"Thank you honey. You can go wait outside will I talk to your dad."

I nodded.

Lin's POV

"Ok sir, we're going to ask you some questions ok?" A female officer tells me.

"Ok."

"So do you know what your daughter was doing before she was taken?"

"Yes. Me and my friends had a bet. The girls vs the boys. Whoever lost had to give money to the winning team. The boys lost and my friend, who I trust completely, took Jessie to get the pizzas."

"Ok. When did you get the text?"

"Around 12 pm. I told her I would contact the police immediately and it took me three hours to plan a way to get her back with them."

"Thank you sir. The court date is this Friday." I nod and I walk out with Jessie after we sign some papers. Vanessa's friend Sean will be our attorney.
