Sorry I didn't have the updates Sunday and Monday! Had a birthday party Sunday and yesterday I almost broke my toe and it hurt to go to my laptop to write. So here!
Lin's POV
After Jessie gets out of school, V, Jessie, and Toby will be going out to dinner. (Seb will have a babysitter don't worry)
"Dad!" Jessie yells when she walks into the theatre. "Can we go home? I need to change.
"Yeah don't worry Mija, I took the day off for this dinner." I tell her, grabbing my phone and getting up. "Let's go."
"Dad," Jessie says. "You need your keys." She gestures towards my desk.
"Thanks Mija! Ok let's go." I tell her.
Le time skip
"Mija, we'll leave in an hour. It's a fancy restaurant by the way." I tell Jessie and she nods, heading to her room.
I walk to my room. "What should I wear..." I say to myself. I grab my In The Heights shirt and a blazer. "This should be decent."
"Lin how are you ready?" V asks me as she redoes her makeup and hair.
"I'm just good like that. Jessie! Are you done?" I shout.
"Dad! I haven't even chosen my dress! Actually, never mind! I found one!"
"Girls." I mutter.
