A/N: this chapter I'm going to try something different. It'll be the only time I do this, but I wanted to try it out. This chapter will be a choose your adventure. I will give you two options, and whatever one you choose, idk you'll get it. It's hard to explain. (Each paragraph will be numbered.)
Jessie POV
1. The next morning I wake up and Vanessa isn't there. "Vanessa?" I ask. No answer.
A. Go look for her (go to paragraph 2)
B. Wait for her and text Lin. (Go to paragraph 3)
2. I get up and leave the room. "Vanessa?" I call out and a doctor comes to me, and Lin is there, with Seb.
A. Go to see Lin. (Paragraph 4)
B. Run back to your room. (Paragraph 5)
3. I decide to wait, and text Lin. Hey, where's Vanessa? I get a reply. She went to work. Hey I'm coming to your room. He replies.
A. Go back to sleep. (Paragraph 6)
B. Talk to Lin. (Paragraph 7)
4. I walk up to Lin. "Hey dad." I say. He responds with a nod, and grabs my hand, and brings me to my room.
A. Pull away (paragraph 8)
B. Go with him. (Paragraph 9)
5. I see Lin and immediately ran. "Mija!" He says and runs.
A. Keep running. (Paragraph 10)
B. Stop. (Paragraph 11)
6. I immediately go back to sleep but Lin tries to wake me up. "Mija."
A. Wake up. (Paragraph 12)
B. Stay asleep (paragraph 13)
7. I decided to stay up. "Mija." He says sadly.
A. Ask him what's wrong. (Paragraph 14)
B. Ask him to leave. (Paragraph 14)
8. I pull away. "Don't touch me!" I yell.
A. Run. (Paragraph 14)
B. Stay and apologize. (Paragraph 9)
9. "Sorry, what's up?" I ask. He doesn't answer.
A. Ask him again. (Paragraph 14)
10. I keep running. "Mija! Your mom's been in an accident!"
A. Ask him. (Paragraph 14)
11. I apologize. "What's up?"
A. Ask him. (Paragraph 14)
12. "What's up? Where's mom?" I ask.
A. Ask again. (Paragraph 14
13. I pretend to be asleep. "Mija, your mom was in an accident."
A. Ask him. (Paragraph 14)
14. "Your mom was in an accident. She's in a coma." Lin says and I burst into tears.
"No..." I say.
A/N: sorry about that. Should I do another chapter like that? Because no matter what you chose, you still found out Vanessa was in a car accident. Word count: 423
