A month later, she was laying in her four poster bed when she hears a small tap on her window.
She stood up in her sleeping gown and opened the window. On a broom, Draco was hovering a few feet down with a small bag and a single flower.
"Granger, come outside with me. I want to show you something."
She slipped in her slippers and hopped out of the window. They flew up and landed on the roof of the castle.
"I've always loved this view. What do you think, Granger? I flew out here when my father came to talk to Dumbledore once. It was brilliant."
"It's beautiful, but a little chilly."
She shivered. Draco draped his arm over her shoulders.
"I like you, Granger. But that isn't ok with my family. My father would be outraged if he found out I was involved with a mud-... muggle born. So I would like to keep it quiet. Ok?"
She felt hot and smiled a large smile.
"Ok. Yes. I would like that very much."
Draco pulled her closer and they sat until the sun began to rise. She had dozed off on his shoulder once and he kept her warm until morning. He gently woke her and flew her back to her dorm. They said good-bye and she went back into her dorm.
