"Viktor's going to get us some drinks, care to join us?"
Ronald looked up to Hermione is disgust.
"No, we would not care to join you and Viktor." Hermione was surprised by Ron's tone. "What's got your wand in a knot?"
"He's from Durmstrang! You're fraternizing with the enemy!"
"The enemy? Who was it wanting his autograph? Besides the whole point of the tournament is international magical cooperation. To make friends!" Hermione was yelling now.
"I think he's got a bit more than friendship on his mind. He's using you."
She was fighting the urge to connect her hand with his freckled cheek when finally she left the Great Hall.
It was towards the end of the night when Ron and Hermione walked out of the Hall.
"He's using you!" He repeated.
"How dare you! Besides, I can take care of myself!"
"Doubt it. He's way too old."
"What? That's what you think?"
"Yeah, that's what I think."
"You know the solution, then, don't you?"
"Go on."
"Next time there's a ball pluck up the courage to ask me before someone else does! And not as a last resort!"
"Well... that... that's completely off the point..." his voice cracked with almost every word.
Gerry showed up and was walking towards the two.
"Where have you been!"
Harry pointed behind him but before he could speak, Hermione lashed out on him.
"Nevermind, off to bed. Now! Both of you!"
Harry glared at Ron and started up the stairs. Ron mumbled something under his breath and Hermione just barely heard it.
"Ron! You've spoiled everything!" She fell to the stairs below and removed her heels. She felt a warm arm fall over her shoulders in comfort.
"He's just such an arse, Viktor! What should I have done?"
But when she looked up, she didn't see a rugged face, she saw a pair of silvery grey eyes.
"Oh, Draco. I thought you were Viktor."
Draco smirked but then it fell to a frown.
"I would have said the same things that Weasel did. He's hiding feelings for you. He was jealous tonight."
Hermione smiled at the last statement.
"You really think so? Do you think he likes me?"
This hurt Draco more than any unforgivable curse could have ever felt.
"Yes, I do."
She hugged Draco before taking her shoes and walking to her Dorm.
"Goodnight, Draco. Thank you for making me feel better."
She left before he could reply.
"Anything for you, Granger."
Fred Weasley saw the encounter between Hermione and Ron as well as Draco and Hermione. He walked up to the Slytherin and spoke with caution.
"You love her, don't you?"
Draco nodded and covered his face with his hands in fatigue.
"Yeah, me too," Fred mumbled. Draco didn't hear this though.
"Be good to her. Don't hurt her like my brother has."
Draco nodded slightly before standing and walking down the corridor.

A/N: don't hurt me don't hurt me! I'm sorry for the Fremione and Romione feels. Don't kill me! There won't be many Dramione moments for a little while, so I'm sorry. She just has to be a little dumb for a bit. Sorry. Don't hurt me!
