LEGIT ONE OF MY FAVOURITE PICURES OF CALUM ^^
------
Obviously, I'd forgiven Calum.
I would be lying if I had said that I wasn't lenient anymore. because it was Calum Hood, usually this type of behavior was unacceptable, but I couldn't be mad at him.
The boys had just one more day off, and Calum wanted to do something with me. Whereas we woke up before 2 o' clock (we had spent most of the night talking) we decided to have breakfast and prepare, and by the time we were finished that it was already five o'clock in the afternoon.
"What do you want to do tonight?" he asked while I was fixing my makeup in the hotel bathroom. I was sitting on the counter in order to be closer to the mirror while he was sitting on top of the toilet and watching me.
"Where is the nearest beach?" Although this made me really trivial, my favorite thing was watching the sun set over the beach. Maybe it wouldn't have been the same thing since we were on the East Coast, but it would have been better then nothing.
"Probably one hour away." said Calum, looking at his phone. "And where would you go?"
I grinned over at him, letting him understand that was exactly where i wanted to go. He returned my smile and stood up, walking towards where I was still sitting on the counter, Grabbed both my thighs and positioned himself between them. "I apologize to you for the millionth time about last night?" He asked, his face a few centimeters away from mine.
"Dude, I've already forgiven you." I laughed, placing my hands on his cheeks."Friend." Calum laughed, mocking my accent. "You are so American."
"Mate, you're so Australian." I tried to copy his accent. "Do you know that in our society the use of the word ' partner ' is a verb; yeh that's right, mate." I laughed.
"But is that what people really say here?" he asked. "Like, hey man." Calum became as closer to my face as he said it, like he was really suggesting that I do that."I'm not a piece of meat." I said. "This makes us look like animals." I whispered, now that he was so close to me that you didn't need to even use a voice.
"You make me want to act like an animal." he whispered, before connecting our lips finally for the first time after what happened last night. This kiss was by far the best; I felt respected and the passion was overwhelming.
My hands snaked around his neck while he kept moving his lips against mine. He quickly moved his hands from my thighs to my face, taking control of the kiss. Then stopped, making sure that our foreheads were against each other. "It's so hard to control myself with you." He whispered and I felt the same way.
"We go to go to the beach now." I changed the subject while he helped me get off the counter. Then we took a taxi (I told him I was tired of those expensive cars).
About an hour later, we arrived. The beach was empty, which made sense because it was almost the end of winter. The weather was starting to get colder as the Sun was setting and I was so grateful that I remembered to bring a jacket and a blanket, so we'd both be warm.
"Damn, we should have brought firewood." I muttered and Calum agreed with me.
"Next time." he nodded and grabbed my hand. We decided to take a walk on the beach while the Sun was still up.
One thing I would never be tired was watching the ocean. The way the waves kept coming, one thing remains constant - the breaking of the waves, the fact that they swam backward again. Even when my world seemed to be falling, the waves were there to calm me down.
"You want to know what's really cool?" I said, breaking the silence. Calum looked at me as if to tell me to continue.
"Tickets to the concert you gave me, the date of the concert is literally the night before my graduation."
"You're still in high school?" Calum stopped walking. Shit.
"Didn't you know?" I gave him a look.
"Well, I don't know. You were at the bar.. don't you need to be 21 years old in America?"
"Ever heard of false identity cards?" I raised my eyebrows, hoping it won't be a big issue.
"Why are they so popular in Hollywood, oh my God." Calum muttered, grabbing my hand while continuing to walk. "So how old are you really?"
"17. My birthday is next month." I laughed thinking about the fact that we had never talked about this. We don't know each other that much although I seemed to know him a little bit.
"What day of the next month?""14."
Calum stopped and looked at me. "Your birthday is on Valentine's day?" he asked, as if he wasn't sure I was telling the truth about the date of my birthday.
"Yes." I rolled my eyes, tired of seeing the same reaction. It was crap because most of the time the people were too busy with their loves to pay some attention to my birthday - excluding my mother. "It's not a big deal, I usually go out with my mom."
"Where is your father?"
"Dead." I answered, bluntly.
"Sorry." He said, just like everybody else.
"It's Okay." I shrugged my shoulders. "You want to sit on the beach and watch the sunset?" I asked, trying to move the speech from this.
"Yes" he replied, sliding down his backpack and removing the blanket. "Look what I brought." he pointed to the backpack after both of us were sitting on the deck. Calum recovered a bottle of alcohol and I rolled the eyes."Really? After last night?" I asked, I didn't want a repetition of things. "I don't think you need it." I took the bottle from his hands, taking a sip for it.
"Little hypocrite." He laughed. "I know my limits; last night it was the kids, faults."
"You shouldn't let them boss you around." I decided to get closer to him, and put my head on his chest, continuing to watch the ocean. Calum laid his hand on my belly after laying the bottle. "It's so fucking good." I sighed, looking at the different colors of the sky.
"It's a beautiful thing." Calum began drawing small circles on my belly. "We should do this at least once a month."
"You travel a lot." I reminded him. This was sad, but at the same time also I hoped I could do something that I loved while traveling the world. The only thing to suck would be not being able to see your family or friends.
"Maybe you can travel with me." Calum shrugged.
"Yes, maybe," I sighed. "I will go to Australia and England, Denmark, New Zealand. Oh and Italy and France, maybe even Antarctica. Everywhere will be able to go before being too old and unable to do anything. "I said, no breaks in my speech.
Now, the sky was darker than bright; you could almost see the stars, but there was still a bit of brilliance that allowed us to see everything and I knew the sun was still shining somewhere in the world.
"I think that alcohol is being talked about." Calum laughed. I had unknowingly drank a sip every word, without realizing that I was becoming more drunk while Calum remained sober. "But I think you're cute."
I smiled at him, feeling the influence of alcohol. I wasn't about to do a striptease or whatnot, but I felt really happy and warm. Calum was watching me, which was one of the best feelings and made me feel really, really happy.
"You make me really happy." I whispered, blushing immediately. If I continued to blurt out random things, the situation would be messed up.
Calum smiled and said "Well you make me really happy, Haley Kim."We kissed again, but alcohol made the most sensual kiss. He probably didn't notice it, but the sexual kisses were really great. The type that if I hadn't been in a public place, we would have probably had sex right now and here.
"We can sleep here? We have enough blankets and honestly I wouldn't be able to walk into the parking lot." I admitted. I'd had too much to drink.
"As long as I can sleep next to you, I can stay anywhere." Calum said, stretching out and pulling me against him.
