Levi leaned towards the shelf looking at the curious snow-globes that showed the many interesting places of Exodious. One showed Castle Nightshade, another showed the Daybreaker Mansion, and of course the many other massive castles, mansions, and great stone structures. One even showed what appeared to be a building made of trees and other plant life, and Levi couldn't help but stare at it with curiosity.

"That's a Fairy House." Blue explained as she glanced over from a small crystal dragon she was looking at. The many crystal animals on the shelves were no bigger than a hand. Easily able to be picked up and moved.

"Really? It's so cute and beautiful. I would love to live in a place like this if only for a few days." Levi smiled.

"Only fairies possess the magic to bend the environment to their will so intricately. I know I wouldn't be able to create it anywhere near that quality." Blue confessed.

"You like building things?" Levi asked.

"To an extent. I like to create small things with use or meaning. So things like this-" She pointed to the crystal animals in front of her. "-Are beautiful to me."

"I'm sure they're beautiful to everyone." Levi laughed.

"Some people can't appreciate it like you and I can. I know how much effort it takes to get the crystal to look exactly the way you want it. It takes hours of careful crafting to make sure you don't break off too much, so you settle with too little." Blue explained. "The detail on the dragon is incredible. It would have taken days to finish it."

"That's amazing." Levi smiled brightly as her attention was now on the crystal dragon. "I wish I had the patience for that kind of thing."

"Patience is a virtue." Blue smiled. "Its something everyone should try and have."

"I don't." Levi laughed. "I could never take the time to create something so pretty. I can barely read a book without wanting to throw it out the nearest window."

"You should probably work on that." Blue laughed.

"Yeah probably."

"I bet if you tried hard enough you could create something amazing." Blue told her. "Would you like one of these?"

"Hmm... I like the crystal Swan." Levi confessed.

"I'll get it for you then."

"Oh no! This must cost a fortune!"

"Its made of Quartz." Blue confessed. "It's pretty common around here."

"Really? It looks like Diamond."

"It's too white to be a diamond." Blue explained. "Plus you can see the lines where pressure was implied. If it was a Diamond you wouldn't see them."

"You know a lot about gems."

"I dabbled in jewelry." She shrugged.

"That's awesome!" Levi smiled brightly. "If this isn't too expensive I'll allow you to get it for me."

"You'll allow me?" Blue repeated.

"Yes."

Blue rolled her eyes and took the swan to the cashier before purchasing it.

"How much was it?" Levi questioned.

"Thirteen  silver." Blue answered, handing Levi the small box which contained the crystal swan.

"That's still pretty pricy." Levi sighed.

"I also have a job, so it's not too bad since the school supplies us with food." Blue admitted.
