Chapter 21.

***Laurens POV***

I get shaken awake. "Lauren. Let's go. Now." Someone says to me.

I snap up and rub my eyes to clear them. "Jasper?" He starts pulling my arm and is dragging me out the door.

"Hurry up. Let's go."

"Jasper what's going on?" I ask him.

"I will explain on the way now come on." He starts running. I follow.

When we get to the elevator Monty is inside waiting for us. I hug him.

"Monty? Oh my god. What happened to you?"

He pulls back. "They are taking bone marrow. I got taken. We are leaving. President Wallace is letting us go."

I nod. We all run to the dorm and gather everybody. "Listen up. There's going to be questions but we don't have time." Jasper says.

"We are getting out of here so gather your stuff." I say.

People start talking. "What are you talking about?"

"They are letting us go?"

Jasper nods. "Yes. Right now. Before they change their minds."

"What the hell is going on?" Foxface says.

"They lied to us the whole time about everything." Monty says.

"The Ark is on the ground and we're not safe here. Now do what the fuck we say." I tell.

All of a sudden an alarm starts going off and the doors slam shut.

Jasper runs to the door and starts yelling and pounding it. Shit. We are so screwed.

Jasper stops and turns around. Our eyes connect and his go wide and he looks away. I walk up to him. "Jasper what's wrong?"

He shakes his head. "I thought I just saw- no never mind. We have to do something. Now." I nod my head and smile.

I crack my knuckles. "Let's kick some ass." He smiles back.

Jasper walks over to Monty and Miller and start whispering. They all glance over at me like I don't know they are talking about me. I roll my eyes and walk over to them.

"Okay? What's going on?" I ask them.

Jasper scratches the back of his head. "I saw someone talking to Maya."

I nod my head. "Okay?" I ask skeptically.

My heart drops with his next words. "I saw Bellamy."
