"Y/n. I'm bringing you on a mission with me." Pein suddenly said from the doorway to your room. You stared at the pumpkin haired man confused and slightly bored.

"Aight. Where we going?" You asked, reaching over to grab your cloak.

"To the Leaf village to retrieve the Kyuubi." He replied. You hand abruptly stopped and hovered over the cloak.

"What do we plan on doing?" You asked, your voice never once wavering.

"We'll do whatever it takes. Let's go." He ordered and walking away. Your hand rested on your cloak, slightly shaking from anxiety.

'Okay Y/n, relax, what's the worst thing that could happen?'

'I jinxed it...'

"What thE FUCK ARE YOU THINKING?!?!?!?!" You screamed at the heavily pierced man.

"What? Is there a problem?" He asked coolly.

"P-problem? ProbLEM?! DID YOU SERIOUSLY JUST ASK ME THAT?! YOU DESTROYED THE DAMN VILLAGE AS IF IT WERE A BUG AND YOU'RE ASKING ME IF THERE'S A PROooOOoOOoOoooOOOoBLEM?!" You exclaimed while flailing your arms. Pein just scowled at you.

"Why? Are you regretting your choice?" He asked while narrowing his eyes at you.

"Pfft, please I don't make choices I know I'm going to regret, but is this— *circles arm* — really necessary?!" You asked while gesturing to the village— empty hole that WAS the village.

"I told you I'd use any means necessary to capture the Jinchuuriki. If you really disagree with me then I guess I'll have to kill you too." He said tauntingly. You growled, annoyed by the fact that you can't win a verbal argument with the annoying orange.

"Just do your thing and get it over with. I'll be up here if you need help or whatever." You sighed while floating on a platform of blood.

"I don't need your help." He replied while floating to the ground. You growled louder, clenching your knees.

'OHHHHHHHH I am so fucking PISSED!'

Why? I thought you said you didn't want to stay here.

'I know I did, but I never said I wanted to DESTROY it! Damn! Why does no one listen to me?'

Naruto then appeared with his toad summonings. Remembering that Pein had killed Jiraiya made sorrow flood through you. Not only for Naruto, but for everyone else as well.

Except for the women he spied on, but whatever.

You then sensed another chakra from Naruto.

'Nature energy. He must've learned Senjutsu.' You thought. You saw Naruto get pinned down by Pein's rods, making you jump slightly forward, wanting to cut the man's head off already. However, someone entered the fray. Someone you'd never thought would.

Hinata...

She slammed her palm into the ground, successfully making him jump away and creating a crater around her.

"What is she doing?" You muttered.

"I won't let you hurt Naruto anymore!" She stated.

'That dumbass! She'll kill herself!' You thought.

"Reinforcement, huh?" Pein muttered.

"What are you doing? Get out of here! Run! You can't win!" Naruto told her.

"No. I'm just being selfish now." Hinata replied.

"What's that mean? Hinata, don't put yourself in danger like this, just go!" Naruto exclaimed.

"I'm here because I want to be." She replied.

"This time, I'm going to save you, Naruto." She added. Then she got into a fighting stance, her face calm and determined. She then turned around and successfully broke one of the rods holding down Naruto.

What?!

She's part of the Hyuga clan, they specialize in chakra.

She was about to kick another one, but Pein pushed her back using his Rinnegan(?). She rolled on the ground before slowly getting back up, blood trickling down her chin, yet her face never changed. She ran at him and jumped over Naruto, attempting to kick the rods, but Pein just swung his arm to the side. However, you saw it coming and was already in front of her. You pushed her out of the way and got thrown by Pein, rolling and banging on the ground.

"Y/n!!" Naruto shouted. You slowly sat up, blood dripping down your face from your head.

"Huh. Who would've thought you'd taken the hit for this girl, what a shame. And here I thought we'd make a good team." Pein said while getting ready to push her again, but you were already in front of her. You got thrown into the side of the crater where Naruto and Pein were fighting originally with immense force.

"Y/N!!!" The two of them called out. You, however, made no attempt to fight back. You landed on the ground with a thump, barely conscious anymore.

"Y/—!!"

"/N—!!!"

"Y/N!!!!"  You kept hearing Naruto and Hinata scream. By the time your vision had cleared, Pein was standing above you, a Black Reciever in hand. At Naruto's and Hinata's point of view, Pein and you were blurs, but they could clearly see Pein create the Black Reciever and stab it where you were lying. Naruto's eyes widened as his rage rose and Hinata was just shaking.

"Y/N!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

You could feel it. You could feel Pein's chakra and you could feel Naruto's chakra, as well as the Kyuubi's. You knew what was going on around you, you were conscious of everything. However, your eyes refused to open and your body didn't move when you wanted it to. You were well aware that you were still in the same place where Pein had left you, but you made no effort in trying to wake up. You also knew full well that you didn't fight back. For what reason, you don't know. Your body did things without your permission.

Brat! Wake up!

'I don't want to...'

You have to help Naruto!!

'He's fine...'

'How am I suppose to help him? I don't even know what to do...'

You felt someone's presence next to you. You couldn't tell who it was, but you could feel them slowly remove the rod, making you cough unintentionally, spitting out blood without your knowledge. You felt them slowly pick you up and jump away, not knowing who your savior, or kidnapper, is.
