I watched in awe for a moment as I saw Michael running off into the distance, getting farther and farther away from me by the second. What was going on?

Two seconds ago we were making out in my driveway and now he's sprinting down my street to get away from me....

This boy is beyond confusing.

Where could he possibly be going anyways?

Breaking out of my confused state, I clambered to my feet, wobbling a little until I gained my balance.

"Michael!" I screamed, probably awaking my poor neighbors. But that was the least of my worries at the moment.

He didn't respond, and I could barely see him anymore at this point. The farther he grew from me, the more his shadow blended with the night sky, and I now had to squint to make out his figure.'

Panicking, I began clumsily running after him, the cool air seeming less pleasant now as it blew through my hair.

I sprinted as fast as I could manage, but was still no match for him. His long strides led him farther and farther from me, and I couldn't keep up.

Breathing heavily, I continued to sprint after him, all the way to the end of my street, where the main road was.

I came to a halt as I neared the intersection, trying to catch my breath. There were three other roads Michael could have taken, and I had no idea which route he chose.

He was long gone by now, I was sure of it.

Each of those roads led to the city, and I was about to choose a road and keep going, but I stopped myself.

Had he seriously just done that?

I was only trying to help him, but he ran off like an immature child. But not before kissing me first, and making me think he cared.

The anger began to build up as I realized the reality of the situation. He used me didn't he? He only kissed me to distract me.

What an immature little díck.

My blood began pumping, and I was no longer cold. Every inch of my skin was burning, throbbing with an intense fury.

How dare he?

I turned on my heel, walking back to my house at a brisk pace, my fists balled at my sides.

My lungs burned and my breathing was heavy by the time I made it to the bottom of my driveway.

Fúck Michael anyways. He thinks I'm just gonna run after him again this time. Well he thought wrong. I'm all he has anyways, he'll come running back sooner or later.

I won't forgive him as easily this time.

Even more worked up now, I stomped all the way to my doorstop, flinging open the heavy door with a certain force.

When I clambered through the door, I was met with a loud "boo!" And a soft pillowcase  hitting me in the face.

I was not in the mood for this.

I leaned down swiftly, clutching the pillow in my hand and flinging it at Calum, who had thrown it at me, as hard as I possibly could.
