Tonight was the night you were finally meeting the rest of your boyfriend's band, and to say you were nervous would have been an understatement. Your boyfriend was Oliver Sykes from Bring Me The Horizon. You hated meeting new people because people were judgemental and you hated being judged because of who you were dating.

"Are you ready y/n? We're meeting the guys at the bowling alley."

Oli pokes his head around the bedroom door as I finish putting my shoes on.

"Do you think they'll like me Oli? I just want them to like me."

"Come here y/n, you look beautiful and everyone falls in love with you instantly. You have nothing to worry about love."

You walk over to your boyfriend and he pulls you into a hug before kissing the top of your head. He knew exactly what to say to make you feel better.

~Bowling Alley~

Oli pulls up outside and four guys walk towards us. You tense up and Oli reaches over the console and takes your hand, drawing circles to calm you down.

"They're going to love you y/n."

"Whatever you say Oli."

Oli rolls his eyes. The two of you get out of the car. Oli man hugs each of the four guys while you stand around looking awkward.

"Who's the pretty lady Oliver? She's way to pretty to dating your ugly mug."

You recognised the guy's voice, you'd overheard him on Skype a few times. Oli called him Nicholls or something. He walks up to you grinning ear to ear, his smile was contagious.

"I'm y/n."

"And I'm Nicholls pretty lady."

Nicholls takes your hand and kisses it like they did in old movies making you laugh.

"She's taken Nicholls; find someone else to flirt with. I'm Lee."

Lee pushes Nicholls aside, you like Lee already. You could see the two of you becoming good friends.

"Thanks, Lee, now who are you two?"

You point towards the two remaining band members who shuffle into the light. Oli waltzes over to you and throws a casual arm around your shoulder.

"Meet Kean and Jordan. Now you know the whole band, why don't we kick their asses at bowling?"

"Oh hell no Oli, you're going to be the loser."

Nicholls snaps his fingers with sass making us all burst into laughter.

~2 Hours Later~

"We are the champions; Oli your girlfriend sure knows how to handle balls! Come here beautiful!"

Nicholls whoops and picks you up around your waist. You'd ended up on a team with Nicholls and Lee against Oli, Jordan and Kean and the three of you had won by a long shot.

"Put my girlfriend down Nicholls before you break her."

Nicholls puts you down and Oli pulls you into a hug.

"I told you they'd love you, babe," Oli whispers in your ear making you giggle.
