You woke up to see sunlight streaming through the large floor to ceiling window and the sound of birds chirping outside. You moved to stretch but found that a pair of arms were wrapped protectively you. Actually, an entire body was cradling you.
You started blushing madly but didn't dare move away or try to wake up Sans. Instead, you snuggled deeper into the blankets and deeper into Sans' embrace, a bit confused that he was warm instead of cold like you expected him to be. You closed your eyes again and let out a contented sigh, smiling slightly and burying your face into the blankets.
"g'morning."
You yelped and sprang up, flailing your arms around like a madwoman before falling off the couch and landing on your face.
Sans started laughing, falling back into the couch while you groaned and sat up from the floor.
"Ha ha very funny Sans." You growled, turning around to glare at the grinning skeleton. He shrugged and smiled innocently, sitting up and resting his elbows on his kneecaps. "what? did you not want to get up?" He asked, smirking at you. You rolled your eyes and stood up, walking over to the kitchen to try and figure out how the complex coffee maker worked.
Sans went into the bathroom to freshen up while you spent ten minutes trying to find the right buttons to make a normal cup of coffee. By the time two cups were made, Sans had walked back into the living room wearing dark jeans, a white Star Wars tshirt, and a dark red hoodie with black converse.
"You look stylish," You commented, taking note that you were still in your pajamas. "well, you promised a trip to ihop then the whole day together." You smiled and handed Sans a cup of coffee, leaving yours to cool while you walked into the bathroom to change. "I guess I better hurry then if we want good seats at iHop!"
You changed into dark jeans, a faded pink sweatshirt that read 'FANGIRL', and an oversized grey jacket that you had found in the back off Grillby's (don't ask) with your regular black converse. You let your hair down and while you looked at yourself in the mirror you flashed finger guns and winked. "Looking smexy," You said with a giggle after exiting the bathroom.
"hey, y/n. i wanted to see if we could go to the . . ." Sans trailed off when his eye sockets landed on you, his cheekbones starting to dust with a light blue. You smirked and walked over to him, pecking where his nose should be before picking up your coffee cup that was sitting on the counter behind him. "So what was it that you were going to ask?" You said, sipping your coffee while watching Sans' blushing face in amusement.
"well, uh, i wanted to see if the city had a planetarium." Your eyes widened, and you set your coffee cup down so hard that some of it splashed on to the counter. "We do! Oh that'll be so cool to go there! I can show you all the constellations that I found when I was living out on my own before I found Grillby! There's Aries, Orion, Pegasus, Aquarius, Scorpio . . ."
You kept going on about all the constellations you had seen while Sans grabbed the keys to the hotel and started walking out with you following behind him. You both started walking out of the hotel -- you were still talking about stars -- and headed over to a building that was a block away from the hotel that was renting bikes.
While Sans rented a silver motorbike, you gawked at all the pastel colored bikes with baskets on them that had a vintage look. You felt a tap on your shoulder and turned to see Sans smirking at you as he held up the keys to the motorbike we rented. "weren't you the one who was saying we should hurry to get good seats?" He asked, causing you to sheepishly smile.
