Jace's POV
I decided to go talk to Diana today about why she left early at the restaurant. It was not like her to just leave without telling anybody. I had to find out if she was okay.
I walked over to her house and knocked on her door and she answered it.
I said" Hey Diana, can we talk?".
Diana nodded and stepped outside and closed her door, we sat down on her front step.
I asked " Why did you leave the restaurant early?".
Diana said" it doesn't matter".
I put my hand on hers and looked at her" Diana you can tell me anything".
She tensed up when I touched her hand but she left my hand on hers and sighed" I was kissed by someone else, and I don't want Brandon to break up with me".
I replied " If he loves you wont, he would be crazy to break up with you".
Diana smiled and asked" Do you still have feelings for me?".
I lied" N -no".
Diana looked at me closely and said" Jace?, I'm your best friend you can tell me anything".
I nodded " Yes I do still have feelings for you ".
Diana spoke" It's okay, I still have...".
I couldn't stop myself, I smashed my lips onto hers. I couldn't control myself... she kind of kissed me back...
She pulled away and said" Jace..... I'm sorry...". She got up and then ran back inside.
