Kayla's POV

I laid on the couch watching tv, it was midnight... I couldn't sleep. I don't know why. I decided to play on my phone. I went on to younow, and saw a boy who was live on there, his name was Brandon Rowland.

I watched him as he recorded live, I suddenly took an interest in him, he was really cute and sounded really cool. Then he did a broadcast for his girlfriend. As I watched I saw Diana in the video. I sat up really quickly on the couch and stared directly at my phone screen..

I wondered to myself" WHY is she in the video? She's not dating him? Is she?".

After I watched like every single minute, I fell asleep........ And dreamt of Jace and unicorns.

The next morning

I heard a knock on my door, I jolted awake and looked at the time. It was 11:45?!?.

I yawned and tiredly crawled over to my front door because I was too lazy to grab my crutches and opened it, It was Jace.

Jace said" You really slept in today".

I yawned again and nodded" I wasn't meaning to sleep that long".

Jace pecked my lips and asked" Do you wanna go walk around?".

I answered" Sure, give me 15 minutes". I hopped up the stairs and went to my room and got dressed (Outfit above).

I slowly made my way back downstairs, Jace and I headed to go walk around. We saw Diana walking with the same boy she was yesterday.. she saw me and glared at me.

Diana came up to me and said" Hi Kayla, Hey Jace".

I replied" Stay away from Jace". I grabbed Jace's arm and pulled him away.

Diana yelled" Well, I don't need Jace.. I have a boyfriend".

I stopped walking when she said that and walked back over to her and asked"Wait.. what? Did you just say you had a boyfriend?".

Diana said" Yes, and there he is". She pointed towards a boy who was coming towards us...

As the boy got closer, I realized that boy wasn't just any boy, I screamed" YOUR DATING BRANDON?!?".

Diana smiled proudly" Yup". I suddenly felt really jealous of Diana, She was dating Brandon.... She seemed to always get what she wanted..

Jace's POV

I stood there speechless as Diana agreed that she was dating Brandon Rowland.... I felt this weird feeling inside when she said that. I felt mad, yet sad, What is this feeling? Maybe I am jealous....

But.. I have Kayla... Why am I jealous?.

Kayla snapped me out of my thoughts" Jace, are you okay?".

I nodded" I'm gonna go home. I'll talk to you later Kayla". I walked away.

Diana followed me and asked" Are you sure your okay?".

I turned around and snapped at her" Yes, I'm fine".

Diana taunted" Ohh.. Is somebody jealous?".

I lied" No, Why would I be jealous? I'm dating Kayla".

I then turned back around and walked away.... I knew that deep down inside... I was jealous, I just couldn't admit that to Diana or Kayla. Maybe I still have feelings for Diana..
