Jace's POV
It felt like we've been walking forever, how far could Kayla have gone??. We searched all of her favorite places and everywhere we think she might of gone. We started walking 3 hours ago and haven't stopped since.
Diana tripped over a rock and hurt her ankle, she screeched" Ow".
I asked" Are you okay?".
She sarcastically said" Yeah sure I'm fine, WHAT Do you think?".
I replied " Sorry, Can you walk?".
Diana got up and tried to walk on her ankle but she couldn't" I can't walk".
I offered" Here get on my back".
Diana hesitated " Jace...".
I begged" Please I don't want you getting hurt again".
She sighed and hopped on my back and I started walking again.
After a while we stopped at a grassy spot and rested, we decided to get some sleep. I set Diana down forgetting about her ankle.
Diana screeched again" Ow, watch my ankle please".
I apologized " I'm sorry, I forgot".
Diana rolled her eyes and sat down examining her ankle, it didn't look broken just badly sprained or fractured.
I laid down on the grass next to Diana and thought about life and Kayla. I was hoping she was okay. I slowly drifted off to sleep right next to Diana.
2 hours later
I woke up and found myself cuddled up next to Diana, she was still asleep. I checked the time on my phone, it was midnight. I sighed and laid back down and cuddled up next to Diana and fell back to sleep..
Kayla's POV
I kind of wish someone would come find me, I didn't mean to go this far. It was my fault for running away, I ended up here and I didn't know my way out. This place was really creepy.
I walked through the dark place trying to find a way out... but everywhere I went just felt darker and scarier than where I was now.
I sighed and heard voices....... I took off running and ended up in a forest. It wasn't dark anymore.
I tripped and hit my head on a big boulder.
The next thing I knew....
Everything went black
