Kayla's POV

I woke up and got out of bed, I headed downstairs and got a bowl out of the cabinet. I poured some cereal in it and sat down at the kitchen table... My phone vibrated. It was Jace

Jace❤️😍: Heyy cutie.. Wanna hang out today?

Kayla 💖: Sure... Give me 20 mins.

I hopped up the stairs with my crutches and went and got a got dressed.. (outfit above). I put my long brown hair in a French braid. I then put on some foundation concealer and mascara. I wasn't big on eyeliner...

I grabbed my phone made my way downstairs, I opened my front door and hopped outside.. Closing the door behind me.

I texted Jace

Kayla: I'm waiting outside.

Jace then walked out of his house... And smiled as he walked up to me, he kissed my lips softly" Hey, you look cute".

I blushed" Thank you; your cuter though".

He laughed" I know".

I rolled my eyes" To the park?".

He nodded and we made our way to the park..

I still wanna know why he acted so weird yesterday around Diana... Does he still have feelings for her? Noo.. He's dating me..

All these thoughts were going through my head. I hope he wasn't going to leave me.

We sat down on the grass and ate ice cream.

We saw Diana walking with Brandon and 2 other boys.

Diana saw us and came up to us" Hey guys".

I looked up at her and replied" Hi Diana".

Jace grabbed my hand and held it" What's up?".

Diana answered"Nothing just hanging with the boys, oh by the way, this is Hunter and Ashton".

They both said" Hi".

I said" Hey".

Jace just waved.... Hunter was really cute.....

Uh oh..... Don't tell me I'm developing new feelings...

I got up and grabbed my crutches" I gotta get home... Umm bye". I hopped away on my crutches quickly....
