Kayla's POV
I found myself in the middle of nowhere, I seriously didn't know where I was. I just kept running not caring where I was going. But now I don't know how to get out of here.
I was in a dark cave type place. I remember falling asleep here because I was tired of running. It's not like anybody cares that I ran away. Diana and Jace are probably happy that they don't have to worry about me anymore.
I stood up and walked out of the cave, all I thought to myself was where am I? What is this place?.
It was dark and cold... and abandoned, I had never ever seen this place before in my life.
As I was walking, I heard footsteps, I took my chance and ran back into the dark cave...
Maybe I shouldn't have ran away....

Jace's POV
Diana and I were searching everywhere for Kayla but we couldn't find her. She was serious when she said she ran away somewhere where nobody could find her.
I wanted to find her, she meant the world to me. The thought of never seeing her again crossed my mind.
Diana was really upset that Kayla ran away.
I didn't mean for any of this to happen, I didn't want Kayla to starve herself, I didn't want her to run away.
It's been 2 days since we've seen Kayla, She ran somewhere far away and we had to find her.. I didn't want to lose her.
We had to search further places and find her before she got hurt..
