Kayla's POV
I reached my home.... I can't believe Jace broke up with me.... For another girl?? Who... Else...Could... He... possibly..... Like? I stopped and thought I about it. I think I knew who.
I ran up to my bedroom crying.... I texted Diana....
The conversation
Kayla💖: Hey, we need to talk....
Diana ❤️❤️: Okay, Come over to my house tomorrow.
Kayla 💖: Kayy.. 😒
I cried myself to sleep... I was so mad and upset....
The next morning
I slept in really late today, I got up at about 10:30am. I got up and got ready to go to Diana's. I ate breakfast and went upstairs and got dressed. I put on a cute really Light bright blue and grey hoodie sweater thing... And some jean shorts and a really really light bright blue beanie and a watch and some light bright blue converse. (Outfit shown in picture above).
I stomped madly out my door and over to Diana's house.
I saw something... I really didn't wanna SEEE.. Jace and Diana........ They were kissing.... I couldn't tell if she was kissing back. I saw Diana push him away when she saw me...
I yelled at Diana" HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME!! I THOUGHT WE WERE BEST FRIENDS!
Diana said" Kayla... It's not what it looks like, he kissed me".
I started crying again" Yeah right.... You betrayed me... And I can't believe you..... Did this... To me.... JACE. Lose my number and don't talk to me ever again...".
I then ran away.... It was the saddest day ever..... My best friend completely forgot to tell me that.. Jace liked her....
People just keep betraying me....... I love Jace but I hate him...
It was 7:45pm I was laying in my bedroom sadly eating chocolate ice cream and crying... I heard my doorbell ring. I sluggishly went downstairs and opened my door.. Diana was standing there crying...
Diana apologized and sadly said" I'm sorry, Kayla... I didn't mean for any of this to happen.... Your my best friend please believe me. I wouldn't hurt you like this, he kissed me".
I asked" How am I supposed to believe you".
Diana said" Were best friends, we tell each other the truth we don't lie.. If it hurts you so bad I won't date him...".
That kinda made me a little relieved..... I hugged her" I believe you".
Diana then went home... I went back up into my room and dreaded life...
The next few days I didn't talk to anyone... I stayed up in my room... I didn't think Diana and mines friendship was going to last.. It was slowly breaking....
