Chapter 43: Ultimate Test Part 2

'Pikachu use thunder bolt on Gyrados!' Ash shouted. Pikachu jumped up in the air, 'Pika... CHUU' pikachu released the thunder within his body and aimed at the water and dragon type. 'Gyrados use dragon pulse and block it!' Lysandre calmly said. Gyrados roared and sent a dragon shaped pulse at the thunderbolt. The moves collided in the air and caused an explosion. 'Greninja use cut!' Ash said. Greninja jumped through the smoke with the two illuminated sticks in his hands. 'Zekrom use shadow ball' Lysandre commanded once again. Zekrom released the purple ball at Greninja. The ninja Pokémon deflected on the ground but the force was too much causing it to slide backwards.

'Charizard use Dragon claw!' Alain reacted quickly. Charizards claws grew bigger and lunged at Gyrados. 'Gyrados use stone edge!' Lynsadre shouted. In front of Gyrados multiple rock hills formed and headed straight for Charizard. 'Charizard look out!' Alain shouted as one of the hills came up to Charizard. 'Now Charizard you use dragon claw!' Red shouted. His Charizard sped towards Alain and broke the stones away. 'Thanks!' Alain said. 'Come on Charizard blast burn!' Alain said. Charizard punched it's fists into the ground and headed straight for Zygarde.

'Charizard you use flamethrower!' Red said. Charizard released the flames at Zygarde as well. 'Zygarde use hyper beam!' Lysandre anxiously said. The hyper beam stopped the flame thrower but the ground broke beneath it and it started to fall off. 'Dialga roar of time and finish him off!' Ash shouted. Dialga roared and released a beam with the colours of space. It directly hit the falling Zygarde and forcing it into the ground harder. 'I can still take you down! Zekrom thunder! Gyrados hydro pump!' Lysandre said angrily.

'Pikachu use thunder on the hydro pump and Charizard use seismic toss on Zekrom' Ash said. Charizard flew towards Zekrom. It grabbed it by the waist and started spinning around in the sky. As they headed towards the ground Zekrom shocked Charizard causing it's grip to loosen and hit the ground. 'Charizard!' Are you okay!' Ash shouted at his fire type. Pikachu managed to block the hydro pump and get a slice on Gyrados. 'We are not out yet! We will diminish you! Zekrom once again thunder and Gyrados Dragon Pulse!' Lysandre shouted.

'Charizard use Flame thrower and then dragon claw!' Red commanded. His Charizard blocked the dragon pulse and flew at the Gyrados and smashed it with it's immense claws. Gyrados screamed in pain and fell onto its side. 'Come on Get Up we can beat them!' Lysandre sounded impatient and too eager. Gyrados hesitated and stood back up.

'Charizard use dragon tail!' Alain shouted. His Charizard dodged the thunder bolt and flew over the legendary Pokémon. It's tail grew immense as well as green. It swung hard and low but Zekrom caught the tail. 'Use thunder!' Lysandre smirked. Zekrom shocked Charizard who growled in pain and agony as the shocks filled it's body. Charizard then slammed onto the ground with a thud. 'Charizard come on you gotta stand!' Alain said desperately.

'Gyrados finish him with hydro pump!' Lysandre said. Gyrados turned to Alain's Charizard and opened its mouth. Large amounts of waters escaped the mouth and flew over to the injured Pokémon. 'Greninja water Shuriken!' Ash said his eyes grew darker red. Greninja grabbed the Shuriken and threw it in front of the hyrdo pump. It forced the water to stop and cause an explosion. 'Charizard use seismic toss!' Ash shouted. Charizard broke through the smoke and lunged at Zekrom. 'You fool!' Lysandre smirked. Zekrom held on and again last second he shocked Charizard. 'Gyrados finish him with Hydro Pump!' Lysandre said. Gyrados sent the hydro pump which directly hit the Charizard and caused yet another explosion. 'CHARIZARD!'

Once the dust settled Charizard lay on the floor unconscious. 'That trick will never work against a Pokémon with the stature of Zekrom.' Lysandre said. Ash gritted his teeth, 'Charizard return' he looked at his PokéBall and smiled before placing it onto it's belt. 'We will continue fighting! Come on guys lets show em!' Ash said pumped with energy and determination.
