Rohan's POV
"Uhm, Dad.. how did you know that name?" - tanong ko.
I only saw Rob Chien twice, una noong hinatid niya si mommy pero that was months ago and bakit alam ni Daddy?
Second time was when mom and I were shopping at SM.
Hindi kaya... sinabi nina Ninong Chard? Siya lang kasi ang alam kong pwedeng pagtanungan noon e.
"Doesn't matter. Just answer me truthfully, anak. Who is he to your mom?"
"I really don't know. She said he is just an acquiantance." I said. I'm getting nervous every second. Dad's scrutinizing gaze is scary. I don't know what he is thinking.
"Ok, if that is all the information you could provide."
"Dad, can we do the 1-minute Honest Talk?" -si Roan.
"Sure." Agad na sabi ni Dad.
Roan looked at dad unbelievingly.
"Do you even know what that is? Do you remember?"
Dad took a deep breath before answering. "Your minute starts now."
"Did you get your memories back?" -agad na tanong ni Roan
"Yes."
"When?"
"When I was browsing our old photo albums. I watched our home videos, and then our wedding memoirs, it all came to me.. like a flood. I remember everything in an instant. And then I didn't know what to do, if I should tell or keep it to myself."
Napaupo na rin si dad sa couch.
"Rob Chien. I've been told that maybe, just maybe, he's the new man in your mom's life."
"What? That can't be. They don't even go out on dates. And if ever, malalaman at malalaman ko yun. Don't believe it, dad." I said.
"Whoever told you po ba kasi about dun?" Tanong ni Kambal.
"Ang mga ninong niyo."
Sinasabi ko na nga ba. Ito namang si Daddy parang hindi kilala ang mga kaibigan.
Kaya pala parang balisa ang mga ninong namin noong dumalaw sa ospital.
Natyempuhan kasi nilang andun din si mommy.
Parang ilag na ilag sila noon.
Lalong lalo na si Ninong John. Nagtatanong noon si mommy kung ano ang nangyari before the accident pero hindi sila makasagot ng maayos.
"Anyway,don't tell it yet to your mom. Let's keep it to ourselves muna, ha?"
"Sure, Dad. This will be our little secret." Nakangiting sabi namin at saka yumakap kami pareho ni kambal kay daddy.
"It's really good to have you back." I said.
