Chapter 23. Time square Pt.1

You couldn't believe Peter just left and not tell you. He just left! did he not want you to fight crime with him? Did he still didn't want you to help him? Did he- A scream snapped you out of your thoughts and you flew down to the ground to land in the middle of time square. You looked around to see Police surrounding a guy wear all black. He then turned to your direction, his skin was blue as his veins were white. He looked like electric, he was almost see through, his eyes were a piercing blue of sadness, worried and confuse.

Your stared at him, you walk forward but once you took one step one of the police officer noticed you.

"Hands UP!" The police shouted. You stood still, he pointed a gun at you, you slowly raised your hands in confusion. The police officer turned to his right shoulder speaking into the device, "We have Shadow here, Times square we need back up, over, back up."

You stood there shocked, Did he think I was a criminal?  You thought. Where was Spider-man?

"Sir! I am not a criminal, I just want to help out, Please-" You started to cry out, but he brutality cut you off.

"Shutup! Backup is coming for you!" The police officer said, everyone else was focused on The blue guy and some on you. Where was Spider-Man? You kept your hands up, but concentrating on the guy surrounded by police, he took a step and they started shooting at him, but it didn't affect him one bit. You stood shocked, The police kept shooting, which caused him to get very mad.

"I SAID STOP!" The blue guy screamed, which caused him to open his arms in frustration and electricity flying everywhere, throwing cars in every direction and flying police officers. The Officer who had his gun pointed at you was knocked out, you checked his pulse,alive, then dragged him towards a safe area, You then ran back to the crime scene. You then saw a police officer running and a Car about to hit him, before you could save him, The web head got to him first.

"Glad your not a Officer who Rides a horse!" He yelled out, he caught the car and threw it a couple feet away from him. You then faced the blue guy again, The police who weren't knocked out still kept shooting. But you didn't pay attention to that all you could think about was he had electric powers like you did. But shouting snapped you out of it.

"Everyone hold your Fire! HOLD YOUR FIRE NOW!!!!" One of the officers screamed out, The shooting noise the  died down. Spider-man then jumped on the Car he threw a couple feet away and stared at the electric guy.

"Stop! Stop it! Stop!" The electric guy cried out, waving his hands in the air. You quickly flew up a few feet from the ground to get a better look.

"Yo sparkles!" Spider man yelled with his right hand extend, he still squatting on the police car, "Hey how ya doing?"

"It you!" The electric guy said lowly, with his eyes widen in shock.

"Yeah I know it's me! who are you?" Spider-man questioned, You still floating in the air. Ready to help when needed. The electric guy stepped on the grates on the ground, Which caused the grates to be electric, the electric then led to the stairs in time square.

"You don't remember me?" The electric guy said almost sadly.

"No....Should I?" Spider-man said slowly, worried about the people stuck o the stairs. You flew down lower to see if he need help.

"I-I walked into the street and the car almost hit me and-and you s-swooped me up-you saved me!" The electric guy said stuttering a couple words, "You said you needed me."

"Your, Your the guy with the blue prints!" Spider man said, as if he just hit the jackpot.

"Yes...blueprints." The guy answered, sounding almost disappointed that he is only known for blueprints and not his actual identity

"Yes! I remember you!" Spider man said sliding off the roof of the car, sounding like a new Yorker, "Your my eyes and ears! Ummm, What your name again?"

"How could you forget me?"

"Umm, I know it, Don't tell me...."

"Max."

"Is it Max?"

"Yes."

"I am sorry I didn't recognize you. You know with the - You look different." Spider-man said walking closer to him.

"I don't know what going on with me." He said in a low raspy voice.

"I can see that, I believe you."

"I have so much powers and Anger."

"I can see that and I can see that you don't want to be here and your just confused, I can see you don't want to hurt nobody. It's gonna be alright."

"I don't want them to shoot at me anymore." Max said, pointing his finger towards the tense police officers, who seem as if they would snap at any moment to pull the trigger.

"No one going to shoot at you." Spider-man said to him, then yelled at loud, "YOU guys this is my buddy MAX! I told you about Max, NO ONE SHOOTS AT MAX!"

"Max?" You muttered lowly so no one can hear. Was this Max from oscorp? It couldn't be right? You study Max closely to see if he is compared to Max from oscorp.

"I just wanted everyone to see me." Max says lowly.

"How about you come with me, and we can go somewhere and talk?" Spider-man said, "with no people okay?"

"Yeah, Yeah." Max said taking a step forward but stepped into a puddle. The water caused him to spaz out, which caused a sniper to shoot.

"NO! NO STOP!" Spider-man screamed, trying to clam Max down and make sure no of the ither police shoot.

Max screamed and shot a electricity bolt towards the sniper, But Spider-man Quickly grabbed his hand with his webb shooter, but the electricity attracted to the web causing Peter to get electrocuted and fly down to the police car. He tried to get up but was shocked again and fell back down. A jumbo tron the came falling down, Spider-man then got up and used his other web shooter to pull the police men back from getting crushed .

The crowds cheered, chanting Spider man over and over and spatting out insults towards Max. All the other Jumbo trons showed Spider-man face. All Max did was look around at crowds yelling shutup. You felt bad because you haven't helped at all.

"Stay with me max!" Spider-man screamed.

"You lied to me! You set me up!"

"NO I didn't set you up."

"You lied to me!" He voiced boom His hands glowing of electricity

"Let me help you!"

Max then slammed down on his knee, looking at his glowing hands. He screamed slamming his hands on the grates of the sidewalk, the electricity the moved all the way towards the stairs where people where running up on. Spider man flipped on the car which caused the car to flip towards the people on the stairs. Spider man Used his right web shooter to make a web to hold the car from slamming into the old man and he quickly used his webs to pull the hands away from the mental railing of the stairs. He was lightning speed, and you felt bad for not helping out, you were floating in the air, just staring at the crime scene. That not what hero's do.

You just watched. No action.
