She says she is hideous, a nasty creature who roams the library of the town. She not hideous to me, even though she says she is. She sits alone at lunch so today I decided to sit with her. Once I sit down next to her she looks up from her book. She actually look gorgeous to me. She has a short kind of bob hair cut and usually wears dark colors. She looks at me in disgust.

"Are you going to mock me again, pretty boy?" She says and slips a bookmark into her book.

"I have never mocked you, that was most likely my brother, we're twins" I say and smile at her.

She looks at me oddly.

"Then if you're not here to mock me, then why are you here?" She asks me.

"Because" I say, "You looked like your lonely and I want to be your friend"

She half-laughs, half-snorts. It kinda cute.

"Really pretty boy? You want to be friends with a hideous girl like me?" She says.

"Hideous? You look at delicate as a flower and your hazel eyes are the prettiest I have ever seen, you're strong but not to strong and you look like you haven't smiled in days" I say and she blushes.

"Well, there's one requirement to being my friend, you must read this book" She says and hands me a copy of a book called Carry On.

"Okay" I say and take the book from her, "I'll read this book and when I am done I'll text you"

"You don't even have my number" She says and reopens the book she is reading.

"That's what I am asking for" I say and grin at her.

She looks up at me with a red face and a silly smile.

"You want my number?" She says.

I nod, and she takes out a piece of paper from her binder. She scribbles a number down then hands it too me.

"Read the book first" She says to me and I smile.

"Great!" I say and open the book to the first page, "I love reading!"

She looks at me in shock. Then she smiles.

"Watch out pretty boy, you're flirting a little too much today" She says and looks down at her book.

I smirk. Maybe getting her to like me won't be that hard, because she's not a hideous girl. She the prettiest girl I have ever seen.
