When I awake on the floor of the underworld, I gasp in shock. What is going on? Why did my guardian angel bring me here? Then I here Magma dripping around me, I am on a small Island surrounded by lava. In the center of the Island is a chair. I had no idea what to do, and my head felt dizzy, so I sat down in the chair. It was velvet and red like the outfit my guardian angel had on. After a few seconds, my guardian angel appears in front of me. He smiles his devily handsome grin and bows towards me.

"Welcome!" He says lightly, "Now you must be wondering why you are in Hell, and why I chose you and all that, but I will answer all of that in time, now follow me"

I stand up slowly and look at my guardian angel. He smiles at me, then he walks to the edge of Island. I thought he would stop walking there, but he went right into the lava! I shrieked, I never thought he could do something like this. He laughs and turns around to me.

"You know that in Hell if you have red skin, lava doesn't faze your skin," He said and winked at me.

I had no idea what was going on. Why did my guardian angel take me here? I take a step and when I do, I look at my hand. Red. My hand is red, my arm is red, I am red. My angel looks at me while I look at my body in shock. If he wasn't so darn handsome I would have punched him right then and there. He grins slyly and pushes himself out from the lava and onto the Island.

"I am guessing you want an explanation?" He says.

I huff and sit down on the chair.

"Of corse I do!" I say bluntly.

My guardian angel smirks and then begins to tell me about my father.

"Your father was a very bad man and abused your mother tons when he came to hell he begged for forgiveness and I made him a deal, I would keep you alive however I can, for the price of his soul," He says and walks toward me.

I gasp.

"Wait! You're not my guardian angel! Your.....the.......devil" I stutter and look at him in horror.

It just now all connected in my head, I am stupid for not of thinking about it sooner.

"The one and only," He says proudly as he waves his hand in the air, as he does a red pitchfork appears in his hands, "Now your father's soul still roams around here and all that but I have something to admit"

He looks ashamed and I can't help but feel sorry for him. It's not his fault that he is the guardian of hell, that's just who he was made to be. He looks to the ashen red floor of the island.

"I have been watching you all these years Lilla and you have become the strongest most self-reliant person ever, and I now was sposed to be your protector," He says gently, "But that morning when you found your key missing, I found out that an Erlking stole your key"

That can't be, so I laugh. An Erlking is a king of fairies and fairies are not real.  My guardian looks at me with a sorrow filled face. I look at him dumbfounded, fairies can't be real, just until an hour ago I didn't really believe he existed!

"I can't believe he stole your key, he performed some kind of ritual on it that killed you, but not fully, and now you are here," He says.

I look at him in shock. I am dead, I don't feel dead. I start to breathe quickly. Curse my stupid panic attacks.

"It's okay Lilla, It's okay," He says to me and puts his hand on my shoulder.

It burns but it also feels nice.

"You're not fully dead, I brought you here so that you could live longer, we can reintroduce you to the population once the Erlking gets off your trail," He says to me his black wings flap as he speaks.

"So.......... what about my friends? My mother? Will they be alright?" I say and feel as if tears were about to start pouring out of my eyes.

"They'll be fine, I'll protect them as I did you, and I'll find a way for you to help, I did this all for you," He says.

I start to cry and my tears evaporate within seconds. My gaurdian gives me a bare hug and I feel a strange warmth all over me. It's a warmth I have never exprienced before. What's the word for it again? Oh, I forgot, love.
