Levis pov~
I gradually open my eyes to reveal a soft white linen. I look up and see that I had fallen asleep on (y/n)s lap. She was still asleep, her (h/c) hair cascading around her shoulders, her chest rising and falling with her breathing. I lift my head up and she stirs slightly, her (e/c) eyes flutter open and she looks into my grey ones.

"Morning" I say quietly

"Morning Levi" she says groaning slightly she attempts to sit up but remembers about her stomach and leg and hisses in pain.

"(Y/n)! Are you ok?" I say worried.

"Yeah i'm fine I just kinda forgot that I had just been in a serious accident " she sadly says.

"Well before you know it you would of had your operation and you'll be home " I say helping her sit up and be comfortable.

"Mmm..." She mumbles

"What's the matter?"

"I'm just worried about my studies and my music. I would've got my piano results this week"

"I can always pick it up from your tutors if you want I know she lives close to you"

"Would you?! That be amazing!"

"Yeah sure, when you get some visitors I'll leave and get it for you"

"Thank you Levi" and just as she says that Sarah walks into the room with a tray of food for breakfast.

"Hello (y/n) how are you feeling?" She asks sweetly setting the tray of pancakes and maple syrup down on her lap

"Still sore but I have a bit more energy today!" (Y/n) says cheerfully

"Good good! I'll leave you to eat, would you like anything Levi?"

"I'm fine thanks " she nods and walks out leaving the two of us alone. (Y/n) picks up the knife and fork to eat.

"No way" I say snatching the cutlery out of her hands, she groans and tries to take them back.

" that was a lie about you having energy, you are totally drained of it and you still have that sprain in your arm" I cut a bitesize bit of pancake up and hover it  infront of her mouth, she raises an eyebrow confused.

"What? I wa- mpfh!" I stop her from jabbering on by shoving the pancake in her mouth. She pouts and frowns, slowly chewing the food and swallowing it.  I keep doing this and she's about to bite down on the fork, the fork was half way in her mouth; when Isabel and Hanji burst into the room. We both spun our heads towards them (y/n)s mouth still open.

"Awwww! You two are soooo cute!!" Hanji coos. (Y/n) slowly bites down on the pancake still looking at the two giggling girls with a guilty look on her face.

"Hey (y/n)! Hey Levi-bro!" Isabel says cheerfully. Hanji dumps a black hard case into the end of the bed and smirks.

"Where's Farlen?" (Y/n) asks

"We told him not to come cause WE are gonna have some girl time! But don't worry, he's coming over in a few hours time " Hanji says cheerfully.

"So Levi that means you can go home for a bit and relax for once" Isabel says dragging me up from the chair.

"Tch, fine, I'll get your piano results is there anything else you want  (y/n) ?" I ask her

"Could you buy me this months 'treble and bass' music magazine? I'll pay you back after in out of this medicine prison"

"Sure and you don't have to worry about paying me back" she thanks me and I walk out of the room feeling guilty for leaving (y/n) with two weirdos.

Your pov~

Levi walks away and I turn back round to face the two nutters in my life.

"What's in the box" I say nodding towards the ominous black case.

"Well we decided being stuck in this 'medicine prison' as you put it must be pretty boring. So we thought we would give you a make over. And a bonus is that Isabel brought over some of your nice day clothes which we are gonna dress you in. Sarah said that we can put you in a hospital wheelchair and take you around the hospitals garden!" I smiled happily from Hanjis words knowing I could get outside for a bit.

"Thank you guys! I couldn't ask for better friends!" We have a group hug and Isabel opens the black case revealing a box full of makeup and other stuff which I had no idea was. Don't get me wrong I like to put on mascara but nothing else!

"You ready (y/n) ?!" Isabel says

"I-I don't know guys..."

"Awwww come on (y/n)! It'll be fun~" Hanji says twirling a piece of my (h/c) hair and pouting.

"Fine fine just please don't over do it" they let out an excited squeal and start unpacking the contents out of the case.

Time skip~

They had finished my make and had placed a white flower crown on my lightly brushed hair. Sarah had walked in to watch the spectacle and to take the tubes and cannulas out of me. I was only allowed two hours off my medicine over wise it could cause a stroke. 

"What dress did you choose?"

"Well we absolutely adored that little white lace dress you had so we brought that." Hanji says cheerfully pulling out the white dress that had been collecting dust in my closet for the past few years. They pull my pyjamas up and over my head and place the dress on me. Sarah wheels in a wheel chair and puts it next to my bed.

"You look beautiful (y/n)..."  Sarah says as I carefully. Swing my legs out of bed. I wrap my arms round Isabel and Hanjis shoulders as they support me into the wheel chair.

"Right lets go!" Hanji says pushing me out of the room as Isabel whines about how she wants to push me. I smile gleefully as I get out of the cramped room and into the long corridors of the hospital. We take a lift down to the first floor, seeing as we where on the third, and follow the signs labelled 'hospital garden, (for long term patients only)'. There was a small hospital café for visitors of patients and beyond there was the garden. It wasn't big but not tiny either, there was a small pond covered in duck weed and little water ornaments. There was a pebbled foot path and an old wooden bench, towering over the bench was a huge oak tree. The trees leaves where a beautiful orange colour, seeing as it was nearing the middle of October. It was surprisingly warm for the time of the year. The Suns Ray's beat against my bare legs warming them, I inhaled the fresh air and happily sighed. There where some small rose bushes dotted around and other small trees but the main attraction of the garden was the large and grand oak tree.
