5. "Lovie Dovie"

My eyes fluttered open as I heard laughs a few feet away from me. I rubbed my eyes and sat up.

"Sleeping beauty woke up" Kian commented as he popped a grape into his mouth.

I looked around and we were already back in the cabin. "Hi" I said awkwardly.

"Wanna play?" Jc asked.

I looked at their board game set up in the middle of the table.

"Um, no thank you. Maybe next round" I covered my stomach with one of the pillows. I would get up and find a shirt but then everyone would stare at me and it'll be even more embarrassing.

"So how's Seattle?" Jc asked.

"How do you know we came from Seattle?" Alice questioned as she made her move.

"Bailey told me"

"Oh, um, Seattle is great, there's always a lot of traffic, especially in the mornings"

"The space needle is my favorite thing there" Alice said.

"Where do you guys come from?" Cristy asked.

"LA" Kian answered.

"How do you guys do it with all those fan girls?" Cristy asked.

Kian shrugged his shoulders, "we love our fans, I mean they are the ones that got us here in the first place. And we owe them that much"

"So all of you girls are rich right?"

"Our parents are" Cristy corrected.

"What do your parents do?" Kian asked.

They seemed to forget about their game and just sat back and kept the conversation going.

"My mom is a lawyer and my father is an architect" Alice said.

"He's the shit, he made some of the buildings in Seattle" Cristy commented.

He is a great man, he just never makes time for his daughter, Alice. Her mother is a very nice women as well she's just too pushy, forcing Alice to be just like her or even better.

"My mom is a lawyer too and my dad left us so my grandparents stepped in and moved in with us, they help us a lot, my grandpa is a judge and my grandma is a  nurse" Cristy was probably the wealthiest out of all of us.

Her mother is one of the best lawyers, no argument with that, her grandfather is a judge, I mean hello he's literally the law! And her grandmother is probably the sweetest nurse.

"What about your parents?" They all looked over at me and I sat up while gripping the pillow tightly.

I cleared my throat and looked at Jc, "well um.. my mother is a doctor or surgeon, same thing, the only thing is the surgeries.. I'm pretty sure she's a surgeon, And my father is an anesthesiologist. My parents and Cristy's grandmother work in the same hospital"

"Her mother is the best! She takes the most risks in that hospital and hardly loses a patient and her father gets paid like crazy!" Cristy says enthusiastically, "my grandma told me" she said once we all stared at her a bit weird.

"It's true, her mom's a living legend"

"I think that's enough about my parents" I chuckled.

"What about your fiancé?" Jc asked.

The room went dead silent once he asked. Even Cristy shut her trap by taking a sip of her water.
