56. "Spicy Spanish"

We both ran back into the cabin sweating. Earlier this morning my body was in so much pain from the BB gun but now my body is on fire.

"I loved that!" I said as I walked into the kitchen with Jc trailing behind me.

"A morning run?" Kian asked.

I didn't notice him until he spoke up. I didn't pay attention to him as I grabbed a water bottle from the refrigerator.

"Yeah" Jc said as he sat on the stool and talked to Kian about random stuff.

"I'm going to take a quick shower" I told Jc as I walked out of the kitchen.

Long story short I took a relaxing shower and got dressed in some comfy clothes before walking back out.

I heard a small argument in a hushed tone as if not waning to be heard. I walked down the stairs quietly. I didn't want to be snooping around but curiosity got the best of me.

I got closer to the kitchen and stayed back so they wouldn't see me. It was Kian and Jc arguing.

"Jc, Bailey is so fucking in love with you, you're going to hurt her if you don't tell her" Kian said as he let out a huff.

"I'm not telling her until the fucking right time comes and you better not say shit" Jc said angrily.

"If you don't I will" Kian fought back.

"I'll tell her just give me time" Jc said as he got up from the stool.

I made it seem like I was barely walking down the stairs.

"Oh hey, how long have you been there?" Jc asked as he looked back at Kian.

"I just walked down the stairs" I said as I gave him a fake smile.

"Kian was just telling me that they're going into town later today, wanna go?" He asked.

"I don't think so. I'm going to stay and maybe take a nap and then clean the room" I said as I looked over at Kian and then back at Jc.

"Okay well I'll stay with you then" Jc said as he kissed my forehead, "I'm gonna go shower"

I nodded my head and gave him a fake smile. He walked up the stairs and shut the room door. I walked into the kitchen and looked at Kian.

"What is going on Kian?" I asked sternly as I crossed my arms.

"I know I know. I'm sorry about last night-"

"I just heard everything you and Jc were talking about, what are you guys hiding from me?" I asked.

"What are you talking about?" He asked with a small chuckle.

"Kian if you're really my friend tell me what's going on" I said as I sat on the stool across from him.

He let out a small sigh and rested his head on his hands, "it was just about Lia, i told him how you brought her up and it made you feel a little sad and he doesn't want to talk to you about it, and I just thought it would be better if you knew the whole story"

I let out a huff and rolled my eyes, "I don't want to hear about this anymore, just drop it" I said.

"Don't tell Jc about this shit" he said as he got up from the stool.

"Okay" I simply said.

"Bailey im sorry about last night. I really wasn't thinking and I was buzz and stupid-"

"Kian I just wanted an apology not an explanation" I smiled.

He gave me a hug and kissed the top of my head.

"Ill see you later today" he smiled as he walked out.

I sat on that stool for maybe an hour and just zoned out. I had many thoughts going through my head. I wanted to know the story behind Lia but then I didn't. Lia's in the past and I shouldn't bring her back. If Jc said she means nothing to him anymore then I believe him.

"Babe" Jc called out from behind Me, "why are you just sitting there?"

I turned around and jumped off the stool, "I was waiting for you and then I just kind of zoned out" I said as I walked closer to him.

"Come on let's go cuddle" he said as he grabbed my hand and dragged me upstairs.

"Im so tired" I said as i closed the room door after we both walked in.

I took off my shoes and went under the covers. He slipped off his shirt and joined me in bed.

"I love you so much" he said as he pulled me closer to his body.

I put my leg over him and kissed his lips over and over. He smiled as I pulled away.

"Yo te amo" I said as I kissed him.

"Oh, a little Spanish I see" he giggled, "did your dad teach you?"

"A little. I learned most of it from school, I took Spanish all my high school years. I don't know why my father didn't teach me as I was growing up" I said as I turned around and let him hug me from behind me.

"I think it's hot" he said a he kissed my neck. I let out a small laugh as I hid myself under the covers.

"I got pretty good at it, I understand and speak mostly all of the language" I said as I pulled the covers away from my face.

"Oh really?" He smiled as he looked down at me, "say something then" he said as he wrapped his arm around my back.

"Mmmm, me llamo Bailey" I hate the accent that I have I wish I could speak it perfectly like my Father, "mi novio es Jc, y es Mui guapo" I said as I hid my face in his chest.

"You don't even know how hot you sounded just then" he said as he bit down on his bottom lip and kissed me.

I smiled into the kiss and placed my hand on his jaw. He's been so intense lately, I mean I kind of like it. It's a side that I have not seen from him.

I pulled away and cuddled into his chest, "I'm ready for a nap, I'm so sleepy" I said as I placed my hand on his chest and ripped out a small chest hair.

"Holy shit that hurt" he said as he began to rub he spot where I ripped it from.

"Look at it" I said almost breathless as I held it up to the light.

"Woah" he said.

I began laughing because we were finding a chest hair amusing! Who does that?

"I'll keep it forever" I said as I placed it on the night stand.

He pulled the covers over us and held me tight.

"Go to sleep, I can see the little bags under your eyes" he chuckled.

"Oh my god Jc!" I squealed his name, pronouncing is as 'Jaysee'.

"Jaysee!" He repeated as he rubbed his nose against mine.

"Play with my hair" I said as I turned away from him.

He kissed my shoulder, around my tattoo and began massaging my head. I almost fell asleep in seconds. I slowly drifted off.

Every second I fell deeper into my slumber I could only picture Jc and I in that meadow, where he first confessed his love to me. Then the tattoo shop where I got a chance to express how much I actually love him. Enough to get permanent ink on my skin.
