35. "I predict.."

The day went by too quickly. I wished I had more time to enjoy today. At least it was a wonderful way to end the day. We all sat around in the living room playing a board game while having small conversations with each other. Cristy and Kian sat on one side whispering things to each other. They both nodded their heads a few times.

Wait for it.

"We have something to tell you guys" there it is.

I looked at both of them as Cristy and Jc stopped with the board game. I sat back and looked at them as they looked at each other for a few seconds.

"Well uh.. we just wanted to say that-" Alice couldn't bring herself to say it.

"Basically she's my girlfriend and I'm her boyfriend" Kian blurted out with a small grin on his face.

We stayed quiet for a few seconds trying to process all this information in but as soon as we did we began smiling and giving small positive comments.

"I knew you two had a thing" I smiled.

"You hitting that?" Jc asked as he playfully pushed Kian.

"Jc no" I said as I pushed him back onto his seat.

"I was just fucking around, he knows that" he said as he looked over at Kian.

"I'm really happy for you two, you guys make such a great couple" Cristy said as he gave her a hug.

"I was right" I whispered to myself. I guess it wasn't silent enough.

"Right about what?" Jc asked as we parted away from the three other group members.

"I just sort of predicted they were going to announce something like this" I said as I messed around with my keychain.

"What else do you predict for the future?" Jc asked as he looked over at me.

"I have no idea." I said.

We all stayed up for a few more hours until we decided to go to bed for some rest. I was the first one to leave because I was too sleepy.

"Ill walk you" Jc smiled as the rest of them walked into the kitchen for a late night snack before bed.

I walked along with Jc. We both playfully pushed each other. I rolled my eyes once he brought up the subject of my singing.

"How about you sing to me" I said as we reached the top of the stairs.

"I asked first" he said as we reached my room.

"I'll see you tomorrow" I smiled as I opened my door.

"Are you sure you don't want me to sleep with you? For protection of course" he said as I closed my door.

"Goodnight Jc" I chuckled as the door closed. I shook my head side to side as I changed for bed.

The girls came in giggling as they began undressing and changing into their pajamas.

"Love is in the air" Cristy giggled as she threw herself on the bed.

"He makes me so happy" Alice blushed as she threw herself next to Cristy.

"Is it just me or has this summer vacation already changed our lives a little?" I asked as I laid next to Cristy.

"I have a feeling that this won't be the only thing changing" Cristy said as she rolled over to look at me.

"I heard what he said to you" Alice giggled.

"What?" I asked as I closed my eyes to get some rest.

"He offered to sleep with you" she said.

"He was just joking" I chuckled.

I had my eyes closed but I can tell they were smirking, "or maybe he wasn't" Cristy said as she poked my side.

"Honest question, is there anything going on between you two?" Alice asked.

I fluttered my eyes open and looked at both of them, "I don't think so. I mean I told him to stop flirting with me or whatever and I don't know. We're just friends"

"Have you guys kissed yet?" Alice asked as she twirled a strand of her hair with her index finger.

"What? Of course not" I said as I turned away from them, "you two are full of unnecessary questions"

"Bailey if you like him then just go for it" Cristy said as she rubbed my back.

"Go for what?" I huffed.

"Go for him. Start something that you've never actually had, a relationship"

Cristy wasn't making fun of me or trying to be funny. She was actually serious. I've never had a serious relationship with anyone. Tyler doesn't count because I'm technically being forced to 'love' him.

"You know I can't" I mumbled as I hugged one of the pillows.

"Bailey if you ever decide to date anyone besides Tyler. Just know that we support you're every decision, if you decide to tell your mom and she kicks you out you always have us to go to" Cristy said as she hugged me. I could feel Alice's hands on my back, we were all hugging each other like a train.

Call me stupid but I don't care about what they did to me anymore, I missed this so much. They're my best friends and I love them with all my heart.
