The confidence I had around Kian yesterday was completely stripped from me. I don't want to go out there and hear what they have to say, I don't want to get angry and burst out again, I don't want to see Jc, and I don't want to leave this room. I definitely don't want to go but a part of me says this will be healthy for me. If therapy has taught me anything is to have something to hit or just take out my anger on and out there I won't have my punching pillow just those three liars.A knock was heard from the door and I let out a breath. It's six already? I've been in this room for hours and the time went by very fast, I really do have no life.
"Open the door" Kian said as he kept banging on it.
I got up with a loud groan and walked over to the door, flinging it open.
"Hey there" he said with that annoying smile of his.
"I've decided to stay in the rest of the day" I said as i blew away a few baby hairs falling down my face.
He rolled his eyes and walked inside and sat me down.
He let out a sigh, "Bailey you're so stubborn" he said as he pulled out a pair of socks from my drawer and bend down in front of me, "they've all agreed to sit and talk out there and you're the only one that seems to hide in their room like a little rat" he scoffed as he slipped the socks onto my bare feet.
"I'd rather be a rat hiding in my rat hole than come out and be tortured by those evil cats" I huffed.
"I like that, did you just come up with it?" He asked as he reached over for my slippers.
"The point is I don't want to go because you know how Cristy is and she'll start attacking me and I'm still really angry with her and it can trigger-"
"Hey, calm down" he said as he looked up at me, "I'm gonna be there by your fucking side" he said as he smiled and continued to put on my slippers.
He got back up and got me to my feet, "come on, they're outside already" he said as he wrapped his arm around me and gripped my shoulder.
We both walked down the steps together and all I could think about was my anger outburst. I just need to keep them under control and take deep breaths, I'll be fine. Kian opened the front door and led me outside to the comfy chairs that were set in a circle. Cristy and Alice had a beer and Jc just sat there looking at the trees surrounding us.
"We're back" Kian announced as he led me to my chair that was next to his.
I could feel their eyes on me as I sat down and got comfy.
"Want one?" Kian asked as he opened a cooler that had beers.
"No thank you" I said as I got flashbacks from the previous nights before.
He sat back down and I didn't dare look at any of them so I looked down at my hands.
"Anyone wants to go first?" Kian asked with motivation in his voice. Nobody said a word everyone just looked away or looked at Kian angrily, "fine then I will" he said as he cleared his throat, "I feel that everyone is being extremely childish in his cabin and should just forgive each other and go back to being friends"
I raised my eyebrows and looked away from him. I heard Cristy scoff and bring her beer up to her lips.
"Any comments Cristy?" Kian noticed her behavior and called her out.
"I don't think Everyone is being childish here" I know I'm not, maybe she's referring to me, "and by that I mean me" of course she would make herself seem perfect.
"Out of everyone you're the one being the most childish" Jc said as he looked over at her.
"Shut the fuck up" Cristy snapped.
"I think we can all agree that we might of been a little childish" Alice said trying to break up the argument that was forming.
"What do you think Bailey? It's safe here" who is this new Kian? Seriously where did old Kian go? Maybe aliens took him since he looks like one. Good one Bailey.
I rubbed my eyes and tried to find the right words to say, "they know what they did and I honestly think I need an apology from them." I said quietly as I looked up at Kian.
Cristy let out a small chuckle. I quickly looked at her.
"What?" I asked with a harsher tone.
"An apology? Seriously? For what?"
"You know what-"
She cut me off before I could continue, "it was just sex"
Jc sat up from his seat, "hey shut up" he warned.
"Don't act like you weren't begging" she smirked.
I sat there in shock and looked over at Kian, I knew this was a terrible idea.
"Is your mission to just ruin everything I have on this trip? Because guess what? It's working"
"No. What I want is an apology from you"
"Apology for what? The only person I actually need to say sorry to is Jc for saying those horrible things about him" I said as I looked over at him, "Jc I am so sorry for making those comments about you, I didn't mean them. I'm sorry" I said as I looked back at Cristy.
"Bailey I am so sick of you and your innocent act, deep down your meaner than me and you know it"
"Are you kidding me? I have been nothing but sweet, loving and loyal to both of you and this is how you two repay me? In your head you probably think Im hiding under innocence but I'm not, that's who I am. Just say it, you want to be me, get your pencil and notepad, I'll give you some tips" Even with sarcasm my voice was still calm, no yelling, no anger.
"Girls be nice" Kian said as he opened up a beer.
Cristy sat back in her chair and looked at me with her eyebrows furrowed, "I wonder what your mom would think about all this? You letting the boys stay with us, the drinking and not to mention" she let out a small gasp and covered her mouth while looking surprised, "the thing you had with Jc" she whispered with a harsh tone.
I bit down on the inside of my lip and looked away from her.
"Bailey you know the kind of person I am and you know what you were getting into when you became my friend so why are you complaining now?" She asked as he put her elbows on her knees and rested her face on her hands. I stayed quiet because I had no chance going up against her.
"This wasn't a good idea" Kian started as he got up, "let's go back to your-"
"No no, let her speak I want to hear what she has to say" Cristy said as she pushed Kian to the side to look at me.
"I'm leaving" I said as I got up from my seat and walked by her.
She grabbed my arm with a tight grip and pulled me back.
"Hey!" Kian said as he tore her hand away from my arm.
I maintained my temper for a long time, this is my breaking point. She wants answers, she'll get them. But it won't be nice.
