I took in a deep breath and looked over at Kian who carried my backpack for me."It'll be fine" he said as he rubbed my shoulder gently.
I stopped him before he could open the door, "the thing I told you earlier, can it stay between us?"
He nodded his head, "you can trust me Bailey. I promise I won't tell anyone"
I gave him a slight smile and hid behind him as we both entered the house. I was afraid I would have another outburst and who knows what could happen this time.
Jc rushed over to my side ready to hug me but I put my hands up.
"Don't touch me" I said calmly as I followed Kian up the stairs, I looked back at Jc and he looked down at the floor with his mess of curls covering his face.
I passed the girls room and the door was open.
"Bailey" Alice said as she saw me and got up from the bed.
"Don't bother" I said as I looked at Cristy who just stared down at her feet in embarrassment.
Kian led me into the spear bedroom and set my backpack down on the bed.
"This will be your room for the rest of the summer?" He asked as he opened up a window.
"Yes and um one more thing, can you bring me all my things from the girls room? I don't want to see or talk to them"
"Yeah of course" he said as he left the room and came back every few minutes to bring my bags and my things from the bathroom, "here you go" he said as he dropped the last bag on the floor"
"Thank you" I smiled as I laid down on the bed.
He walked over to the other side and laid down next to me and stared at me. I turned to look at him and jumped back a little frightened after I caught him staring.
"Lets do something fun today" he said as he smiled.
"My feelings are hurt and I kind of miss Matt, I don't think fun is on my agenda for today" I said as I shoved my face in one of the pillows.
He pat my head like a dog, "oh come on Bailey don't be a boring old grandma, you're what they call uptight"
"What?" I asked a bit surprised. I know I was boring but I'm not sure about uptight, "I-I'm not uptight, it's called being mature"
"You're eighteen and I'm twenty, you're responsible and I'm not so responsible"
"Kian I don't know where you're going with this" I said as I looked at him confused, this boy does not make sense sometimes.
"What I'm trying to say is let's combine- yeah I don't know what the fuck I'm saying" he chuckled. I began laughing along with him, "but lets do something fun"
"Like?"
"Leave it to me to plan it out, I'll come back later, okay? Okay. In the mean time just relax and get comfy" he said as he walked out of the room and closed the door behind him.
I didn't even get a say in all this but Kian is just trying to make me feel better I guess I should give this a shot. I laid back down and looked at the ceiling.
I laid down for a few minutes before my
door opened and closed again."You're back already?" I expected it to be Kian so I didn't even bother looking over.
"Not kian"
I sat up and looked at Jc who was standing by the door his hands folded together.
"Get out" I said sternly as I looked away from his eyes.
