I woke up, looking around to find myself in a medical bay room, hooked up to IV's. But this was not an unfamiliar, updated technology medical bay, I was back in the present.
Out of relief, I sighed knowing that I made it back and everything was at peace for once, but then I became aware that there was one thing that made everything a war in my head again, knowing that he wasn't back with me. Han.
There were medics walking throughout the hallways, then I saw Luke walk in. "Leia! You're awake.", he said quickly making his way to my bedside. "What happened to me?", I asked.
"You've been in a coma for a few days. We found you on Endor after the ship exploded."
"Vader is dead then?"
He shook his head, "No, he's still out there. But Leia, there is something you must know. Han was attacked by troopers, he was ambushed. He fought for a long time trying to take them down but there were just too many. His body was nowhere to be found after everything went to chaos and bombs went off."
I looked down, now convincing myself that I had to continue on with out him. Part of me knew that he wasn't going to be here when I got back and you would think it would be easier to hear now but it was much harder than hearing when he actually died. "I'm sorry, Leia.", he said.
"Luke, I wasn't on Endor or in this medical base. I was in the future. I know that this is hard to believe but Han and I both were there. It's a very long story but Han died when we were there. We were sent there for only one of us to come back, to stop the future empire from happening.", I said as he looked at my oddly and utterly confused. "Obi-Wan spoke to me but Vader was not the one who sent us. It was Jon."
"Jon?", he asked, "How is he still alive?"
"He's too powerful. But I have to defeat him. We have to stop him. Please Luke, I ant do this alone.", I said to him.
"We leave tomorrow. This ends tomorrow."
I sat up to give him a hug, then he said, "Let's do this for Han."
