Chapter 13

Mia's POV

I wake up in the morning to find that I'm in Niall's arms, last night was the best. We watched movies all night long and when Niall had fallen asleep we'd got a load of makeup and covered his face in it. When he had woken up later on, none of us had told him and he just sat there with a makeup covered face. I swear Halli nearly wet herself with laughter. We had also had a legendary water fight which, unfortunately, washed off quite a lot of the makeup that we had put onto Niall's face. Once we had all dried off and changed clothes we'd settled back down to watch 'This Means War' which I ended up falling asleep in, I'm not usually the first to fall asleep but I think that having been up for most of the night before had finally caught up to me. I see some movement out of the corner of my eye so I turn my head to see what it is. Jade, who's nearly always the last to get up, is awake.

"Mia, are you awake?" She whispers softly.

"No, I'm sleep talking." I whisper back.

"Ok, so you won't mind if I come over and draw on your face then?" She giggles, quietly.

"Not at all, but could you do it without waking Niall?" I whisper back. She gives me a defeated look which makes me laugh, causing Niall to groan.

"Go back to sleep the pair of you, it's far too early to be making jokes. Shhh." He mumbles while pulling me closer into his chest. Although I know that Jade's my guest and I should probably stay awake to keep her company, I can't help but snuggle into Niall's warm body and drift off into sleep once more.

*Bang*

I try to sit up but there's something weighing me down, Niall, but he's starting to move too, the loud bang that we had just heard must have woken him up too.

"What the fuck was that?" Niall says as he sits up next to me, allowing me to sit up too.

"Finally, you too love birds have been asleep for hours!!!! We're bored and Jane is cooking us some pizza for lunch." Georgia says, I can see in her hand that she's holding the remains of a party popper.

"Couldn't you just have woken us by gently shaking us?" I groan.

"Now where would the fun in that be?" Jade asks with her hands on her hips. Well at least they hadn't got water and chucked it on us. But at that moment Halli comes running into the room and before anyone can stop her she's chucked two cups of water, completely soaking both me and Niall. I gape at her before standing up, calmly smiling at her and then opening my arms and pulling her into a hug, we're soon joined by an equally soaked Niall.

"Guys! Stop, this is so gross." Halli complains causing everyone to laugh as Niall and I let go to reveal a now damp Halli.

"You asked for it." Niall points out to the rather disgruntled looking Halli in the middle of the room. She glares at the both of us as we laugh at her.

"Can we go and get some pizza now?" Charlie asks, she's always the first to ask for food.

"Yeah ok." I say with a smile and turn to leave but before I reach the door Niall runs past me.

"Last one to the kitchen is a rotten egg!" He calls and we all begin to run, Georgia gets there last but she had picked up a bottle of perfume as she left and sprays herself with it.

"I may be a rotten egg, but at least I don't smell like one!" She beams at everyone as we all start to make gagging noises at the smell of the perfume, which is actually really nice. "All right, all right, you guys are just jealous because I smell better than you." She says, sticking her tongue out in a childish manner.

"Whatever you need to believe." I say while patting her on the back. Her jaw drops as she lets out a mocking, hurt laugh and everyone starts to laugh at her. At that moment a timer goes off and my mum comes into the kitchen and starts to take the multiple pizzas out of the oven. "Mum, I would have done that." I say as I smile at her.
