Part 64

Rachel's POV
He took a step closer to me and said "missed me?"
"Go to hell" I shouted and it came out a lot more convincing than I first thought it would
"Only if you'll come with me" he said and winked at me. Before I could reply Sophie walked back in with the water "sorry rach I had to refill the water dispenser" she said as she shut the door and turned around "can I help you?" She asked
"No me and rach were just catching up, old friends aren't we?" He said and stroked my cheek. I pulled away and spat "get your hands off me"
"Get out or I'll call security" Sophie said and opened the door.
He walked over to her shut the door, grabbed her face and said "I don't take orders from bitches like you, understood?"
"You think you scare me? I've met kids who are more intimidating than you so I'll say it again, get the hell out now!" She said as she stood her ground.
I could hear harry approaching from outside the room but he stopped before he got here, I just wanted to shout for him to come help us but it seemed that Sophie had the same idea as she moved her face from his grip opened the door again and shouted as loud as possible "I need security in here" with a grin on her face. Harry ran in with two police offers who grabbed hold of the guy immediately and marched him out in handcuffs informing us that someone will be in touch for a statement as soon as possible. Harry thanked them and came back into the room.
"You okay rach?" He asked sitting on the bed
"Yeah I'm okay, I just want to go home" I said
"I'm almost done just hang tight and we will get going soon, try and sleep for an hour and I'll come get you when we are ready to go"
"Okay" I smiled and settled down to try and sleep

Harry's POV
I had half hour left of my shift now so I'll go and wake Rachel up soon and hope she's feeling better. I told George what had happened and invited him over for dinner and Sophie is already coming over. I thought it would be nice for Rachel. Take her mind off what has happened today. I'll order us some takeaway on the way out and it should be ready by the time we get home.
My next patient was a 15 year old girl that was brought in by ambulance after falling about 15 feet from the school roof.
"Hi I'm Harry, can you tell me your name?" I asked as I washed my hands and put on gloves. She tried to shake her head but was restricted due to the head brace and spinal board she was strapped on. "Hey calm down, I need you to keep still for me so you don't hurt yourself anymore, okay?" I said softly but she just looked at me "can you tell me where it hurts?" I tried. She just burst into tears and tried to get up again. "I'm going to leave you alone for a moment and give you some time to calm down and then I'll be back okay? Just try to relax your safe here I promise".
I walked out of the room and bumped into George "you ready I'm done for the day?" He asked
"Nope got one patient left, and she's not really a fan of me right now"
"Need some help?"
"Yeah go on then, she's 15 and has fallen about 15 feet from a roof, injuries look minor but I need to examine her and she needs some stitches"
"Okay I'll get the supplies and I'll be back in a few"
I walked back into the room and she seemed a bit calmer so I tried again "how you feeling now?"
"Better, sorry for before" she said quietly
"No need sweetheart, can you tell me your name?"
"Poppy" she replied
"Okay poppy my friend is getting some thing to stitch your cuts on your arm up but I need to have a look at you, is that okay?" I asked gently hoping not to upset her again
"Yeah" she whispered
"You've got nothing to be scared of I promise. I'm just going to take the collar off and have a look at your neck first but I want you to keep still" I said as I removed the collar, I felt around and everything felt fine "can you slowly move your head to the left, and the right, and up and now down, okay great. Everything seems fine there but I'm going to send you for an x ray on your back and neck after we have finished here and if all is well you should be able to go home" I told her as I continued to check her over, I checked her eyes, lungs and heart, abdomen arms and legs and found no major injuries so it was just the stitches. George returned shortly after and we stitched up all her wounds and left her with the nurses and doctors from the next shift. I headed to my locker to collect my stuff and George went to get Rachel.

Rachel's POV
I didn't get much sleep before George woke me up because I kept waking up from the same nightmare of being kidnapped by a guy in a black mask. "You ready to go princess?" George asked and I nodded so he lead me out of the hospital and to the car where Harry was waiting.
Turns out Harry had ordered pizza for us all and it arrived just as we got there. We all had food and watched tv until Harry and Sophie decided it was bed time for them because they had a morning shift so me and George stayed up a while just talking. I've never felt this way about anyone but I don't know whether he feels the same.

I know I have been away forever guys but hopefully updates will be a bit more frequent from now on. Please vote and comment and let me know what you think.
