Chapter 17

Harry's POV

My whole stomach sunk when I heard them words, "pregnant?" I said a bit baffled
"Yeah" she replied looking down with tears dripping off her nose
"It can tell yeah, but why you asking?"
"My period is four days late and I'm never more than a day late"
"Okay, I'll phone and fast track the results for you now

*phone call*

"Hello?" The person on the other end answered
"Hi, it's Harry it is, I need to ask a favour"
"And what is this favour?" It was Lucy the receptionist
"I need you to fast track Rachel Styles blood sample from today please?"
"Yeah okay, no problem"
"I need them on my desk first thing tomorrow morning if you can please!"
"Yeah okay, see you then"
"Thanks"

*end of call*

I went back over to Rachel and told her "I'm going to sort this babe! Even if you are pregnant I will help you but I have to ask you something, if you are pregnant, would you keep it?"
"I don't want to have the child of a sick twisted person like that but I don't think I could kill a child like that" she told me with hurt and confusion written all over her face
"Right rach, I know you don't want people to know this but we need to report it to the police and then I'm going to ask Zayn to come and talk it through with you, we can do it here so you haven't got to come to the hospital either. Sound okay?" I said hoping she'd agree to this. She nodded her head and came and gave me a hug and said "thanks haz"
"No problem, it's what big brothers are for"

Rachel's POV

Harry left my room about an hour ago and I tried to get an hours sleep as he said but I just couldn't drop off, then there was a knock at the front door and then a few seconds later a knock at my door, "come in" I shouted
"Rach, there two police officers here to talk to you babe" Harry said and walked over to me, he held his hand out to which I took it and grabbed him for a hug, he hugged me back and said "don't worry babe you've got nothing to worry about, you've done nothing wrong and so you just need to tell them the truth and let them help you okay?" I nodded in return "deep breaths babe, you can do this!"
"Okay, let's do it" I said grabbing his hand and walking out

We walked into the front room and sat on the sofa that was free and there was a male and a female officer sat on the other sofa
"Hi, I'm luke and this is sian, your brother told us you were assaulted last week is that correct?" I nodded
"Okay so can you tell us what happened exactly?" I looked at Harry and he have my hand a quick squeeze and nodded at me telling me that I should tell them.
I took a deep breath and began, "I was walking home from a party in Saturday with a friend but she lives closer than I do and so I said goodbye to her and continued the walk to get back here, I got to the shops a few streets away and I was walking past the alley and someone grabbed me, I tried to scream and get out of his grip but he was stronger than I was and he covered my mouth with his hand and" I stopped to wipe my tears and take a few breaths to calm myself down before starting again "he pushed me to the floor and slapped me across the face and then that's when my underwear got taken and it happened, I can't remember much after it though".
Both officers were writing things down and the women looked up at me smiled before saying "could you describe your attacker?"
"He was white with dark hair which was really short and he was a little taller than Harry I think and he was wearing dark jeans a a black top and a hat, he also had a tattoo of a skull on his right thumb"
"Okay, we will start a search for a person you've described but it could be a whole, your description is very good though and so we should be able to identify him, if you have any problems, worries or you remember anything else you can give us a call on this number at anytime okay?" Luke said handing me a card and standing up, Harry stood up and thanked them before showing them to the door.
He came back and sat next to me on the sofa, he put his arm around me and said "I'm proud of you rach, I know that was hard for you but you did really well!" I smiled at him and cuddled up to him and I finally drifted off to sleep.
