The next few months with Harry flew by and we were really happy. Liam had moved back to England and whenever one of us was down about Hannah, we'd pick eachother up. It was good to have him around more, especially because we both thought the world of Hannah, so we understood eachother better than any of the other boys did.
Tomorrow was the day me and Harry would fly to Florida. Even though it should be me and Hannah going on holiday together, I couldn't help but be a little excited to be going away with Harry.
We started to pack the cases so we'd have less to do in the morning but I had a bad feeling. I didn't know what or why but it didn't feel good.
"You do what to come with me tomorrow don't you?" I asked as Harry threw some of his stuff into a case.
"Yeah, course I do. Why wouldn't I?" He frowned.
"I just... I don't know."
He sat down on the bed and beckoned me over with his head. I sighed and walked towards him and he pulled me onto his lap.
"What's wrong baby?" He said quietly.
"I just feel like a burden to you. I didn't mean to drag you into all this shit, you've put up with so much you don't need. I don't want you coming away with me if you don't want to, just because you feel you have to. If you want to stay here we can cancel everything. I'd stay here with you if that's what you want." I said fiddling with my fingers.
"Where's all this come from?" He said with his eyebrows furrowed.
"I don't know, I've just been thinking about it." I shrugged.
"Well you're right, I didn't need all of 'that shit'." He said, quoting with his fingers. "But I need you, I wanted you and everything that came with you. We've had our ups and downs Melanie but you're not a burden to me. We can take on the world, you and me!" He grinned. "So stop feeling like this because I want you and I always will. Okay?"
I nodded and smiled weakly.
"I mean it Melanie, you're everything to me, I love you a lot."
"I love you too."
He smiled and kissed my lips several times. "Lets get packing then. We're going on holiday tomorrow." He grinned.

My alarm sounded loudly at 4am the next morning. I quickly turned it off to stop the piercing tune from filling the room. Harry felt around for my body and pulled me close to his chest, hugging me tight.
"I know I'm not the person you should be going on this holiday with, but I'll make it perfect for you, I promise." His raspy voice melted my heart and I grinned into his chest.
"I don't doubt you Harry."
We laid there for a few minutes more until Harry stretched out his body and climbed out of bed, pulling me up with him.
"C'mon baby, we've got a plane to catch."
I put on my plane attire; black leggings, a loose white tank top & one of Harrys comfy jumpers... just incase it was cold on there. Harry wore black skinnys and a black tshirt, something he pulled off daily, yet I never grew tired of seeing him in.
Harry finished packing the last of our things while I checked, double checked and triple checked we had everything we could possibly need... and don't even get me started on the passports; I had checked we had packed those probably 500 times.
"Don't worry. We have everything. If you pack anymore we'll have to have a whole other plane just for our luggage." Harry laughed.
I gave him an uneasy smile and he wrapped his arms around me and kissed my head. "Everything will be fine Melanie, just relax."
He rubbed small circles on my back to soothe me and I tried to take his advice the best I could. I'd be okay once we were in Florida, it's just the worry of me forgetting something that was the worst.
We hauled the cases down the stairs and Harry grabbed his keys.
"Goodbye England, Hello America." He said, smacking my bum and grinning.
--
We got into the airport and checked in our bags which took forever because I swear the queue was about 3 miles long! I kept my small carry on, on my shoulder and listened to the woman at the desk as she explained that no guns, sharp objects or liquids over a certain measurement were allowed on board. I obviously hadn't got any of that in my carry on but the way she spoke to me made me feel guilty anyway.
After that long ordeal we decided to get a mcdonalds breakfast, suddenly realising we hadn't eaten yet and that wouldn't be very clever for the 8 hour plane journey ahead of us. Unsurprisingly, I got the pancakes with honey and Harry got 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins and a hash brown; which he shared with me. I didn't normally like mcdonalds breakfast but the fact I was excited to get to America, I think made it taste a whole lot better than if we wasn't in an airport.
We walked through the security scanners and of course, no metal was hidden on me anywhere but again, I couldn't help but sigh with relief when the beeping noises didn't sound. Harry also had a face like a slapped arse when the security guy preformed my 'pat-down'. I couldn't help but giggle at his pouting face and his foot tapping impatiently on the floor. I don't know why he was so bothered considering the fella was old, bald and about 100 pounds overweight.
We made it to the gate an hour early for our boarding time but we didn't mind. We played games on my iPod for the best part of it, Harry determined he could beat my high score on candy crush... he didn't, despite how many times he tried.
"Seats 18-28 can make their way to the plane entrance now. That's seats 18-28." A voice on the tannoy said.
"C'mon then, that's us." Harry beamed. "Are you okay?"
"Course." I smiled. "As long as I get the window seat."
Harry rolled his eyes and laced his fingers through mine. "You're lucky I love you."
We finally boarded the plane after showing our boarding tickets and passports to 5 different stewardesses in the space of about 2 metres, Harry swearing under his breath each time.
We checked what films would be on during our flight and Harry was delighted to see that Love Actually was on the list.
"What a film." He grinned. "We're definitely watching it."
"I'll start to know the whole script soon aswell if I carry on watching it!" I laughed.
Harry kissed my cheek and smiled.
After all the boring airhostess-ey things were over and seatbelts had been checked more times than I could count, the engines began to roar.
Harry placed his hand on the inside of my thigh and his smile was bright. "Ready for take off." He said like a child on their first plane ride.
I couldn't help but grin at his excitement. He was glowing, in fact. I loved seeing him smile like this, showing his dimples and his green eyes looking like legitimate emeralds! He was perfect and still, everyday, I ask myself what a boy like him is doing with a girl like me.
As we got higher into the clouds, everything looked like lego beneath us. Harry was leaning over me to look aswell and he laughed at how tiny the houses looked from up here.
Harry switched Love Actually on and we listened to it with one ear phone each, which wasn't really convenient but it worked. I wasn't really watching it anyway, I was watching Harry mouth the lines and laugh before anything funny even happened because he knew it was coming.
"You have Harry now, he'll look after you. He's yours Mel." Hannahs words filled my brain causing my grip on Harrys hand to tighten. He stroked it with his thumb and kissed my cheek before returning his attention back to Hugh Grant and Keira Knightly.
