*4 years later.*

I woke up to the sound of Harry and Maddie talking downstairs which always put a smile on my face. I climbed out of bed and headed downstairs into the kitchen. Harry was standing infront of the cooker, making pancakes, holding Maddie on his hip with one arm. When she turned around and saw me, she kicked her legs and grinned. Harry put her on the floor and she ran over to me.

"Mummy!" She chimed as she wrapped her arms around my legs.

I swooped her up from the floor and kissed her head. "I thought I heard you rattling around down here." I smiled.

"Me and daddy are making pancakes." She grinned.

"You really are getting a big girl aren't you?"

She nodded, proud of herself and I brushed her hair from her face. She had long brown curly hair that she obviously got from Harry. It bounced when she ran and it was gorgeous. Just like her!

"Go sit down then, daddy will bring you some pancakes alright?"

I placed her down on the floor and went over to Harry.

"Morning baby." He smiled, kissing my lips.

"They smell good." I grinned, taking a pancake from the stack Harry had made.

"Ey!" He said quickly, grabbing my wrist. "They're hot!"

I laughed and kissed him again before sitting down at the table, opposite Maddie.

Maddie was a shock to me and Harry at first. We found out I was pregnant while we were on our honeymoon. It was scary but exciting and me and Harry were both in a better position when I fell pregnant with Maddie than when we was the first time I fell pregnant. The thought of that abortion still haunts me everyday but it was the right thing to do. I know it was. I wasn't ready mentally or physically to raise a baby then but with Maddie, it just felt right.

We all sat around the table and tucked into our pancakes. Maddie, as always managed to get her face covered in chocolate spread making me and Harry to laugh.

"Daddy said he'll take me to the park later and push me on the swings until I touch the sky!" Maddie grinned as she stretched out her little arms above her head.

"Oh is he now? Don't I get an invite to the park?" I smirked.

"Only me and Maddie allowed." Harry winked kissing my cheek.

"Daddy said he'd get me sweets before dinner!"

"Ey! And daddy told you not to tell mummy!" He laughed.

Maddie laughed and put her hands over her mouth.

"She's got you right round this." I laughed, holding up my little finger to Harry.

He laughed and shrugged off the comment. He was an amazing dad. He'd do anything and everything for our little girl no matter what it was.

"Mummy who's that?" Maddie said after a while, pointing to a picture on the kitchen window ledge.

It was a picture of me and Hannah.

"That's mummy and Hannah."

"Hannah." She repeated.

"That's right." I smiled.

"Where is she?"

Harry put his hand on my leg under the table and gave me a sympathetic smile.

"She's on holiday sweetie."

"When's she coming back?"

I swallowed quickly and sighed.
