Upon being reunited with each other, questions arose about the missing Satyr boy. With sad eyes, Eyes and Silencer explained what happened.
"They experimented on you guys?!"
"Are experimenting on us," the triclops corrected.
"We need to figure a way out of here before they can do anything to us," Guardian said, looking out the cell door and at the guards stationed around the block. Everyone else silently agreed, then began conversing quietly, giving thoughts and suggestions. Some were turned down, others accepted or modified to some extent. With the kids each having different genetic make up, they were good at things the others weren't. This made up for any holes on their plans. They had several backup plans as well.
They decided to wait out the rest of the day and night. The plan would take place in the morning before injections for the new four. In the meantime, Fox was asked to share anything she might've seen at that wall to the other two. There wasn't much, just the same as she'd told the three from before.
Eyes suddenly doubled over, muffling a cry of pain. The others moved quick to try and help, just being pushed away by him. He then held his stomach and cried out again, tears springing in his eyes, even the third, and rolling down his cheeks to the stone floor. The slime girl dropped next to him and forced him to let her check over him as if she were his mother. He would whine whenever her fingers trailed over the center of his stomach, which led to her raising his shirt up.
There was a discolored circle of skin there, veiny and almost grey. It coursed from within with a pastel green, and she moved her hands away.
"What did they put in you? she asked, eyes now locked on his.
" I don't know, but it hurts!" he complained.
They spent the rest of their time trying to calm him and lay him down, wanting him to sleep and try to ignore it. Guardian and Vines were asked to lay down too, to rest. Guardian had the most injuries and Vines had used a lot of his stamina on plant growth. Silencer eventually convinced Fox to lay back as well, though she was right next to Eyes, who was out.
An hour past and they were out, leaving Historia and Silencer awake now.
"You can sleep, I'll keep an eye on him," the small girl said with a little smile, trying to stay optimistic.
"No, I'm not tired. Besides, you seem like you need some company."
Not wanting to argue, she agreed and let the harpy stay awake with her. They made small talk, and then the horned girl stood.
Something inside of her clicked. Her eyes moved to Historia and she bore a wicked grin, causing said girl to shudder uncomfortably.
"Sil? W-Whats wrong?" she stuttered out, putting her hands out shakily.
A giggle erupted from the small girl and she flung her arms forward, snatching Historia by the wrists and toppling them both over. She fell against the ground, now in the middle of the cell, and tried to recover. The other was on top of her and her hands wrenched back, then going to the harpy's neck.
Hands gripped at her own wrists now, trying desperately to peel them away from the vital supply of oxygen the older girl needed. The fingers just tightened their hold, and another giggle sounded. All the commotion caused some of the others, if not all, to wake up and jump forward, dragging Silencer off of Historia. She just kept giggling, though otherwise kept still.
"What happened?"
"Why'd she attack?"
All these questions and Historia was just trying to catch her breath.
"That's not Sil…"
