(Hey, I did that thing again where I give someone too many chapters, so here's three for George, and then hopefully back two the normal two chapters for each.)
"Goddamn." G remarked as he, Eston, and George exited the weight room. Dick and Philip could be seen a little ways ahead of them, talking about whatever the were going as for Halloween.
"Goddamn what?" George asked.
"Theo dragging AJ." G said.
"What about it?" Eston asked.
"I'm not sure to be laughing, or worried for AJ." G said "Having yourself embarrassed in front of your crush for having a crush on them must be a pretty horrible to experience."
"Hmm." Eston said "You should probably check up on her then."
"I will." G said "I have to drive her home most days."
"Well, now we know Philip doesn't return her feelings." Eston said, looking over at George.
"That doesn't mean he returns mine." George said.
"You should at least confess by the end of the school year, though." G said.
"Well, he doesn't really have to confess at all, then." Eston said "By the end of the year he might never see Philip again, so what's the point?"
"The Hell, Eston?" G asked "You just agreed with me that he should confess an hour ago!"
"But this is our last year here," Eston argued "Even if Philip does like him back they might not ever see each other again unless he confesses now, and the relationship works out."
"What's with the sudden change of heart, Eston?!" G demanded "Don't you want to see them be happy?!"
"I do, but if you don't have a strong relationship before school ends it's pointless to confess because they'll leave!"
"What are you trying to say?!" G yelled. They were both screaming now.
"That if he does confess at the end of the year the relationship isn't strong enough to last, and they'll probably never see each other again after graduation anyways, so why not keep quiet and eventually get over him?!" Eston yelled.
There was a moment of silence when they all realized G was crying.
"Fine." Was all G said before storming off in the direction of his car.
"Eston-" George started, but Eston was already stomping off in the other direction.
"What was that about?" Theodosia asked, her and David coming up behind George.
"I'm just as confused as you are." George answered.
