Chapter 15

Shaye's POV

It's been a week or so since the whole fight. My baby will be 1 month in a few days. After Imani dropped me off the next day my dad took me to get my car & some of my stuff from Mike's house. He came with me just in case he was there & luckily he wasn't there cause my dad may have killed him. But me & MaKaiah have been staying at my parent's house. I haven't talked to Mike, Imani or Chris since then cause I needed time to myself. But they all have been blowing my phone up especially Mike. He even came over a few times but I locked myself in the room.

"Come on mamas, its time to give you a bath my little stinky," I said to MaKaiah who was looking at me while I held her

"Shaye, Mike is here & he said he's not leaving until he talks to you," Ashley said coming in the bathroom

"Tell him, I'm not here," I said checking the water in the sink to make sure it wasn't too hot for MaKaiah

"I did, & he said I was lying cause he heard you & seen you walking past the stairs to the bathroom," she said

"OMG, where is mom & dad," I asked

"They're not here," Ashley said before we were interrupted by Mike coming in

"Why ya'll trying to play a nigga," he said coming up the stairs 

"Don't be barging yo way into my parents house like that cause that is so disrespectful," I said at him pissed. I was taking MaKaiah's clothes off

"Well I'll be downstairs if you need me," Ashley said leaving out the bathroom

"Hi daddies princess. I missed you," Mike said trying to take MaKaiah from me

"Move, you see me bout to give her bath, so no you're not getting her," I said with an attitude sitting MaKaiah in the water

"Look this my damn child too so I can take her if I want too," he challenged me

"You can leave cause obviously I don't wanna be fucking bothered with you, so bye," I said serious as fuck paying attention to my baby

"So you're really bout to act like this over something that happened weeks ago," he asked

"Yup," I said squeezing water on MaKaiah. She's used to baths now so she don't cry no more

"You don't even know what was happening. That's cause you're always jumping to conclusion & that shit be pissing me off," Mike yelled

"Lower your fucking voice in my parents house or get the fuck out," I looked at him pissed

"Nope I ain't leaving since you wanna take my daughter from me. I'm bout to chill with her & if you don't like it oh well," he said grabbing MaKaiah from me

I wasn't bout to argue with him so I left him in the bathroom to bath her cause I didn't wanna be around him. He bathe her, got her dressed & feed her. After while she finally went  to sleep

"You can leave now. You've been here long enough. She's not gone wake up for a while," I said seriously cause he was getting a little too comfortable

"Not until you talk to me," he said

"What is there to talk about. We have done enough talking. I'm done with you. We are no longer together. I'll call if you it concerns MaKaiah, but other than that bye," I said honestly

"So you're not gone let me explain what happen, or apologize," he asked

"I'm tired of your apologies Mike. They are becoming too much of a norm. I don't care for you to explain cause no matter how much you deny things, I know you're lying," I said rolling my eyes
