Chapter 105

Imani's POV

It was my wedding day & I was so damn nervous. I was getting last minute jitters. Me & the bridal party were in the room we designated to getting dressed in. I was sitting in the chair getting my hair done & Kennedi was laying on me sleep cause I missed my baby these past few days. I had to spend some time with her this morning before she goes to Cleveland with my mom for the week while me & Chris go on our honeymoon. I don't know where we're going, all I know is her said I will find out when we get to the airport 

"Ya'll I feel like I'm bout to throw up," I said shaking my legs

"Are you still hung-over from last night cause you drank a lot. I did too I had the worst headache this morning," Isis said

"No it's not that. Its just my stomach hurt all of a sudden & I feel sick," I said wiping my face cause I felt like I was sweating

"Imani are you pregnant again, like dang can Kennedi turn one first," Chasity said

"That or you gotta take a shit. Be still Kai," Shaye said combing Kai's hair into two ponytails with bows cause that's what my little girls were wearing

"No mommy," Kai said cause she don't like getting her hair combed. She talks fine to be only turning 2 in a couple of days 

"Both of ya'll need to not speak. But Imani that is just your nerves because the time has finally come you've been waiting your whole life," Nikki said

"You okay auntie," Amari asked me cause she seen me moving in my seat

"Yea, but it's hot in here. I need a fan before I pass out," I said fanning myself with my hand

"You need to get up for a minute," my stylist asked me

"Yea, here Chasity hold her," I said handing Kennedi to Chasity cause I was feeling dizzy

"You sure you're good Imani," Shaye asked looking at me 

"I'm bout to go get auntie in here," Isis said getting up walking out the room

"Here drink this water," Nikki said handing me a bottle of water, then fanning me with a piece of paper & I started crying

"What is going on in here," my mom said walking in with Mrs. Woods looking at me crying

"She said she felt like she hand to throw up & she was hot. Then she started crying," Nikki said still fanning me

"Alright ya'll get out for a minute. Sandra you stay," my mom said taking the paper from Nikki fanning me as everybody else got out

"Imani what's wrong," Mrs. Woods asked me

"I can't do this," I said breaking down even more

"Do what Imani, tell me," my mom said

"She must have last minute nerves & feel like she wants to back out of getting married," Mrs. Woods said to my mom

"Imani are you scared," my mom asked me & I shook my head yea

"What if I'm not a good wife & everything goes wrong in our marriage," I asked sniffing 

"Imani its not if you don't let it. If ya'll keep God in your marriage everything will be fine. Trust me I was the same way on my wedding day," Mrs. Woods said

"What if we get up there & he ends up realizing he doesn't want to marry me," I said

"Sorry Sandra, but I would personally beat Chris to a pulp if he stands my baby up," my mom said
