Chapter 101

Shaye's POV

Isis & Nikki came to town cause I was throwing Imani a bridal shower this weekend. We were getting some last minute things together while Imani sat on her ass doing nothing 

"Um Imani why aren't you helping stuff these candy bags," Isis asked

"Cause that's what I have bridesmaids for. Plus ya'll throwing this shower for me so ya'll are responsible for all the work," Imani said sitting on her ass eating the baby yogurt melts with Kennedi & Kai

"Here we go. Bridezilla is coming out. I know your fat ass ain't eating the baby snacks too," Nikki asked her

"Aye these things good for real. They're yogurt bites Kennedi loves them," she said eating another one

"Its looks like you like them more than she do cause I know she ain't eat that whole bag alone," Nikki said

"MaKaiah little fat butt over here eating them too," Imani said handing some more to Kai to eat

"Aye leave my fat mama alone. She can eat all she wants," I said kissing Kai's fat cheeks cause she's chunky but she not what you say fat

 "For real though Imani. You've just been sitting on yo ass since we walked in the door," Isis said

"Right, we still got a lot of stuff to do before tomorrow. You're supposed to be helping, not sitting on your ass," Nikki said

"I told ya'll she's lazy now. Ever since she stayed at home with Kennedi for 6 months, she's lazy even at work," I said

"All ya'll shut the hell up. I am no where near lazy. I'm the guest of honor so ya'll are supposed to shower me. Ya'll my bitches & I'm the pimp," Imani said laughing

"Imani I will come beat yo ass like I used to when we were little if you say some shit like that again," Isis said

"She done lost her damn mind," I said

"Ya'll know my sister is a spoiled brat. But Imani get yo ass up or you will not be having a bridal shower tomorrow," Nikki told her

"Ya'll get on my nerves. I need to fire ya'll & hire some new bridesmaids," Imani said getting up off the couch

"Are you mad or nah bro. You're not doing us a favor. We are doing you a favor," Isis said

"Period," I cosigned 

"Alright ya'll know she's sensitive, so stop before she start crying," Nikki joked 

We finished the little gift bags & some other stuff foe the bridal shower tomorrow. All we gotta do is decorate & bring the food tomorrow. Now Ashley & Chasity wanted to walk in after we were done when we could have used their help

"Where the hell ya'll been. School was out about 5 hours ago," I asked

"Right, Chasity don't think cause you finally can drive you can be gone all day without calling somebody," Imani said to Chasity

"Dang Mani chill. We had practice until 5:30, then we went to chill at the mall for a couple hours cause we were bored," Chasity said

"We were ya'll age once. We know ya'll were with Jalen & James," I said

"Maybe, but we're here now, that's all that matters," Ashley said

"Ya'll think ya'll slick. I know ya'll be having sex. I was 15-16 when I lost my virginity. Hell I was getting fingered in middle school. It ain't nothing wrong with that as long as you protect yoself," Isis said
